Pros: location to services, transportation and convenience to Manhattan—-bakeries, Pop Up bagel shop, vegetarian restaurant, Whole Foods, and bus/subway walking distance. Cons: toilet is inside the shower stall.

Excellent choice in *every* way – the location is beyond amazing, the space is modern and clean, and customer service was top-notch – but the smallness of the room is for real. I had a queen to myself, and can't imagine sharing with another human. There is much ingenuity to the design, but you will have to problem-solve. I kept banging my shin on the corner of the bed and had to balance my toiletries bag on top of the TP doohickey. And the shower/toilet combo is weird. And wet. Do not let this dissuade you! Just be aware. I would stay there again 100% and recommend to others.

Really clean facilities, conveniently located around so many cool things to do in Brooklyn.

Decent stay but definitely less room for movement than expected.

Had vibes of a high end hostel, in the same great way that NYC is a melting pot of backgrounds. The free coffee in the morning was convenient as hell! Would 100% stay here again despite the toilet being in the shower.

The room was compact and had an interesting structure with the toilet and shower in the same place.But it was not inconvenient.There are plenty of stores around and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get around the Williamsburg area.The receptionist was very friendly and was very helpful in getting us checked in early as I was tired from an early morning flight.

A great stay. I was worried the room would feel cramped or be loud. But quite the opposite. True, the room is super small but they make incredibly efficient use of space. And even though there seemed to be a lot of guests, I didn’t hear a thing while in my room. That said, I was traveling by myself. Were I traveling with someone it would feel much more cramped. But for a central, convenient, and comfortable stay close to the city, it is hard to beat the Pod. I will definitely stay here again when on a solo trip to nyc.

The room was small but you can’t beat the price for the location. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. We walked everywhere we needed to go.

Nice hotel, really nice location but the bathrooms!! If you are alone it's great but even after 20 years of marriage I want my privacy in the bathroom - so that was an issue it's not the size (tiny) but no sound protection - at least install fans to have some type of insulation. They have extra bathrooms on the ground floor (hint they will be busy!)
