Very nice hotel in unbeatable location perfect for walking to all the sights. The rooms are beautiful and the food at the restaurant was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again in the future.

Lovely hotel and our room was very nice. Very spacious and well appointed with a very nice bathroom with a wonderful, modern shower (a must have for us). The bed was quite comfortable, more so than we typically get. And it’s right in the heart of Bergen so easy to get around. We generally like to try different hotels when we return to a city but in this case we will come back to the Opus 16!

Quality Service Great Room Perfect Location

Very nice and good association with a famous composer. Staff well intended but they put us in twin rooms and coukdbt fix the problem…also don’t expect a drink till 4pm as the bar is closed before then. Air conditioning is non existent - don’t buy the “we have natural climate control” answer….

Lovely, very well located hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Foyen funicular. Excellent breakfast and very fine dinner.

Beautiful and elegant

Fabulous hotel. Staff, service and cleanliness at the hotel was first class.

The hotel on a weekend was incredibly noisy with drunk people outside until 2 am. The robes need to be replaced and the breakfast buffet was cold. It was best to order off of the ala carte menu. Location was great!

Very easy walk from tram from airport. Center of old town, shopping and tons of places to eat. Great location, staff extremely helpful and the breakfast was the best. Large buffet and you can order from the menu too!! Will stay there our next visit

Amazing stay!

So it is a nice hotel, the rooms were nice and it is in a great area of Bergen. However the breakfast was not very good and it just seems that they miss the mark in all they do. I wouldnt go back

Central great location, very comfortable, clean and friendly helpful staff.

Lovely staff and complimentary breakfast! Room was very clean as well. Thankfully an umbrella was in the closet because that was much needed!

This hotel is in a very good location, a short walk from the tram stop for the airport. It is a beautiful old building in a quiet location. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend.
