First of all, the shades in our room did not work. We had no sunlight during the day and we had to prop the rod sideways to let in light. Second, the hair dryer did not work. It was damaged previously and no one replaced it. Not sure why the cleaning staff would miss a broken hair dryer. Third, asked for fresh towels and they weren’t delivered. Had to call a second time, late at night, before we received fresh towels. Fourth, asked for cleaning services in the morning and did not accommodate. Had to call late, but staff was gone. Our room was not cleaned when I specially asked.

It was very easy to adjust but the water filtration system was not functional, leaving people to buy water. Monique was incredible bringing pitchers of water for refill. Polite and helpful. Housekeeping staff efficient, but you have to call for service. Wish you had a shuttle even a paid shuttle would be good. Overall good. Clean room.

Staff was friendly. No bedbugs. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom door which gives no privacy. Either make it a pocket door, or a regular door. This other sliding, causes embarrassing situations. How about some Qtips and shower caps?

Haven’t been able to check in because their system won’t process credit cards. We went out to a diner and are hoping we can get a room before 11 pm. The 2nd star is because the desk person was nice. (But did not offer to provide a room key.)

Was offered to check in online and offered to receive a digital key. Did the check in online and selected my check in time at 8pm. Never did I receive the digital key and had to check in at the hotel. Of course, no staff for 10 minutes. Very frustrating to have to wait around when a digital key was offered ahead of time.

I would definitely stay here again, we've always had good luck with Hilton Garden Inns. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was very clean over all. I rated it a 4/5 because their breakfast is not good. They offer a buffet for $20 a person and it's gross. The coffee is decent, but I'd advise that you eat somewhere else.

There is nothing spectacular about this place. It is located in a little strip mall of sorts. It is safe and conveniently located but there are no grounds or anything like gardens. Just concrete. There’s a nice Italian restaurant, an Asian restaurant, a movie theater, a new Mexican restaurant and a whole foods store called Mom’s within walking distance. So it is in a safe area with convenient restaurants and even an urgent care right there.
