Beautiful and clean rooms and conveniently located next to multiple supermarkets. And right next to a good taqueria and cocktail bar. The Staff was really nice and helpful. The real kicker is the common area with pool. Its a really great place to stay. We loved our time here

Cozy hotel in Tulum downtown. Within a walking distance from ADO terminal bus and the restaurant and bars block. I especially loved the intimate atmosphere of the inner garden and the cute kittens that live there. The room was nice and clean. The hotel itself was quiet however if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs and night mask as there is a bit of noise from the street. Thanks to Alessandro who was super nice and helpful!

I could not recommend this hotel more profoundly, it was a 10000/10 experience. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the pool and leafy surrounding js gorgeous. It’s very close to the centre of town walkable to many fun bars and restaurants, but on a quiet street away from all the action so we slept very soundly. Daniella, Alessandro and Frederico (I apologise for the name spelling if incorrect) are the most hospitable warm people I’ve met - full of wonderful recommendations of local spots to frequent for breakfast vs dinner, beaches, weekly town events and site seeing around. They had good connections with tour companies to get us better prices and deals. I was nervous coming to Central America for the first time, but they really changed my mind being so kind and friendly - will not forget them one bit and very grateful to have experienced them! Thank you all!

Had such a brilliant time at Pacha! The staff are very friendly, the hotel & pool are gorgeous and the rooms are so clean, spacious and have great water pressure! 100% will recommend to anyone staying in Tulum

This is a beautiful and calm little boutique hotel! Daniela is a wonderful host who helped me plan my activities and was very amenable to help me when any problem came up. The location is great, near the center and steps away from amazing food options. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Tulum!
