Horrible experience - horrible smell ! I don't know if the whole hotel smells that bad but room 1.26 where I stayed has a terrible smell to bear. At least in the bathroom the smell is unbearable! The bed was peeling and I took pictures! I still paid a considerable amount. I only slept one night and was very tired and did not ask to change the room.

It was a nice hotel, for a decent price and conveniently located for what i needed. The main reception area and breakfast/seating area was very nice and clean. However there were parts of the interior of my room that clearly needed a bit of TLC and some touching up. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Student accommodation but ideal for a cheap getaway. Parking is limited but on road parking within walking distance

A lovely clean room in quiet location.

Competitively priced and it was easy to access the bars and restaurants on Eccleshall Road.

Basiv but well priced. Very hot snd quite noisey but vslue for money and clean.

Standard room. No frills. Nothing fancy, but very purposeful.

A budget hotel but the room was not too small but the double bed was a bit tight, although we knew that in advance Situated on the University residence area but it's location is pleasant Meal in the hotel next door was good

Very convenient and reasonable cost

It was as expected for the price, can't really complain. Room was basic but clean. The only thing that I would mention is that the "included breakfast" was limited to one pastry and one cup of tea / coffee per guest, no cooked or other options.

Very inexpensive and nice clean room. Basic but satisfactory and coffee and continental breakfast very good.

Wouldnt recommend bathroom was dirty , 1 towel for 2 people which was like a hand towel ,barely any toilet roll ,iron we borrowed just leaked water ,staff where very quiet didnt feel warm welcome at all ,parking is very limited ,coffee was cold at breakfast , and the rooms are very hot .
