The hotel was nice and clean staff were friendly and helpful

Exvellent value for money, good location for harbour area and good fee parking close by.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, noisy, cramped, outdated.

Nice hotel near the beach, good for short time stays. What I didnt like was that an hour before my arrival, the hotel charged my card even though I chose the option to pay at the property.

Great central hotel,

Good placement by the fisher port of Gandia with the typical and tourist services. Free park in the same area. Peaceful to walk. Hugo Beach is aligned with the two stars category.

The room was cleaned daily and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only things that stopped us giving excellent reviews was noise from other visitors and the size of the shower. overall we enjoyed or stay.

When we checked in we were handed a single blue towel each, a remote control and a key to the room!. We opened the door of the room and the smell of stale smoke was disgusting. We couldnt turn on the lights because the electricity was switched off at the wall! We had to figure out how to turn it on. The covers on the bed although laundered still had old stains on them which was very off putting. The furniture was well worn but the room was clean. The receptionist was a young gentlemen wearing a t shirt and ripped jeans and was happy to stand outside the front door smoking. But he was very friendly.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, en nuestro caso era para hacer una noche en Gandía.Muy cerca de todo y con aparcamiento público gratuito justo al lado (en el puerto). Personal muy amable.

El hotel estaba muy sucio. No limpian, solo hacen la cama. Dejamos las toallas en el suelo para que las cambiaran y nos pusieron las mismas sucias. El váter olía fatal, la cortina de la ducha llena de manchas. Limpieza pésima

Las escaleras tan empinadas para ir con niños o personas mayores son peligrosas

Cama y almohadas perfectas. Muy comodas. WIFI no llega a la cuarta planta, donde estabamos alojados. Ascensor hasta 3ª planta. Luego, tramo de escaleras hasta la 4ª planta. Puerta terraza no cerraba bien. Baño mejorable. Bidet se movia. Toallero suelto. Puertas antiguas y ruidosas

Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé dans les chambres. Quelques réparations à faire : une vitre cassée, tuyau de la douche cassé, applique murale à refixer... Des petits détails qui n'ont pas posé de gros problème. Le prix est de la chambre familiale est tout a fait correct et le personnel agréable.
