This is a real gem! Starts with a very warm welcome from the lovely staff and we were lucky enough to be there for bank holiday and live music and BBQ in the beer garden! Our rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and great beds! Best nights sleep! Also catered for the heatwave with fans provided and fresh drinking water for guests. Breakfast is fresh and cooked to order - delicious! Only downside was I didn’t stay long enough to be able to eat dinner with you too! Highly recommended

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was staying there for one night due to work. My room was exceptionally clean and my bed was that comfortable that I really did not want to get up in the morning. Shower was lovely. I only drink decaf and the hotel was really accommodating in putting decaf drinks on my room. I loved the original window, black out curtains did exactly what they was supposed to do. I was gutted I only had one night there but will 100% book there again when staying in the area. Restaurant was also lovely, and the small breakfast was just as filling as a large one. A great stay and great experience 💖

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with all amenities required. Breakfast was very good, but my eggs were a bit undercooked. I did mention this to the staff. The breakfast room needs to be warm, i had to request one of the fires to be put on as the room was extremely cold. Overall a very pleasant stay and evening meal we had was excellent.

Ideal for one night. Room was rather basic and dated, but comfortable. 45 minutes wait for breakfast but it was lovely. I'd stay here again

We enjoyed the restaurant and the accommodation. The breakfast was also very good. This was a perfect hotel for our festival event at Sandringham at a reasonable price.

We stayed for 3 nights, Friday to Monday, we paid over £100 per night. I feel a little generous giving it an average. - Room: The room we stayed on the first floor was large, but the furnishing was lacking and looked dated. There was a huge area of water mark (about 50 x 50 cm) on the corner just above the bed. Not pleasant to look at, and we wonder why they can't just paint it over... There was no luggage rack so we have to put it on the floor and bend over to get things in/out of it. Cleanness was okay, but nothing made me feel it was well looked after. - Bathroom: Pretty basic. There were only 2 hooks at the back of the toilet door, nowhere to place change clothes, nor a place for face wash or own shampoo in the shower unit. - Breakfast: It is NOT a B&B so we had to pay £7.5 for a continental breakfast, or ~£10.50 for cooked (weekends only). As there was very little option around, paying for breakfast was a choice out of no choice... To be fair, the food wasn't bad. - Meals: Same as above, because there was little option around, we ended up having 2 dinners there. Again, food was okay (we had burgers and Sunday roasts). - Noise: They had a beer garden just under our window. There was no limit to the hours and 2 parties were still chatting after 11pm on one night. Overall, we felt the place had better facilities in the pub downstairs than the rooms. It is probably better positioned as a pub with rooms, not a 3-star hotel. A word to the owner? Some TLC pls.
