The room was fine and the location is in Yorkville. The television wasn't working because I needed a code for it and the front desk said only the unit owner had the code. I called the Quickstay number and they were unable to help me.

We wasted a ton of time trying to open or lock the door to the unit and it was very frustrating-everything else was fine

Excellent location. Very disappointed with the service. There were sheets and towel missing, and so dish clothes. The light in the living room was not working and one of the lights in the bathroom was broken. The door lock was not working properly.

Location is excellent if you want access to lots of Yorkville shopping and dining. The entrance and key/fob process did not work quite as described. At one point I was at my door and the key to get in would not work. This was distressing and the phone # only got me an answer machine. But generally the responses were quick and polite. Because of closeness to office buildings most of the blinds have to be closed during the day or else you have people looking in on you. Otherwise the view from bedroom is very nice. Also the street noise was very loud in the suite.

The place is comfortable for our stay. However, the washer and dryer was not working properly - it’s washing but dyer was not working (does not dry clothes). Also, there are no laundry detergent and softener). Someone should be checking these things before they release the unit for guests. Overall, the location was really good and safe...

A very nice small apartment, relatively new, on Yorkville Ave in Toronto. No regular hotel lobby. This is an apartment in an apartment building. Communication with hosts is by text messages - efficient and responsive. The apartment is fully furnished and in a good condition. We enjoyed it.

I must say this property was easily the nicest, best located and most appointed rental I've ever had in Toronto! EXCELLENT and rapid service, very modern and clean furnishings and interiors, and it even had a toothbrush and toothpaste for guests! Highly impressed with the property and its management!! Will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Check in and out was a breeze. The host, Anton, was wonderfully accommodating and responds very quickly to emails. Great place for a short stay for 2 people - it’s a compact space with limited living area seating. That view from the dining area is 😂. Stay here, you won’t be sorry!

The room was lovely and clean. The check in procedure and parking were easy. It's in a great location! Tons of restaurants, shops, and TTC very close by. The building felt secure and safe. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
