Nothing was too much for staff. the hotel an surrounding area was constantly being cleaned. The hotel have just opened up a lovely little restaurant which you can book over the lunchtime period and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thoroughly enjoyable time had by all.

Horrible location, far away from everything, no public transportation around, no uber, taxi only. Pool was closed. Stuff do not really understand English.

Nice and quiet place to stay. The appartement is somewhat limited in amenities. There was a lack of some essential cookware and plates for someone wanting to cook a basic meal. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for some quiet and relaxing vacations.

Excellent location a block from the beach and walkable to old town. Very helpful staff. Sketchy, almost useless wifi and weak air conditioning. Amenities are average - could benefit from a renovation.

Our stay here was very enjoyable I cannot fault anything.The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Quite part of town and close to lots of other sites and beaches. The breakfast was my kids favorite food they ate everyday. The staff made this place the best. They were so helpful when we needed anything and went out of their way to translate for us on the phone when needed.

Close to the beach, this appart hotel could be really good but: * the convertible sofa bed is not a real bed. The mattress is just some foam and it doesn’t transform into a 2 person bed but into 2 singles ‘beds’ * habitations are not sound proof, you will hear your neighbors * there is no door between the sleeping room and the other room with the kitchen and the sofa bed, just the corridor (that give access to the bathroom too). * reserve your parking beforehand, they will tell you you can do it later but you won’t be able to because it will be full and they won’t help you find a solution. * no bottle opener in the kitchen! And it is really clean and with all the facilities you can expect.

As they do not own the parking lot it was expensive, 16 euros a day. The street parking around the hotel was constantly full but I am guessing if you were persistent you could find some. The room was nice but dated. The air conditioner worked very well. The hotel is one block from the beach which is extremely convenient. We booked with the breakfast included and it was worth it.

Very comfortable stay. Room fine, pool is great and a good size. Staff friendly. Hotel is in a great location.

Esperamos horas de más en el check in, veníamos cansados de un viaje muy largo y no pudimos hacer uso de la habitación hasta varias horas después del check in, fuimos a tumbarnos a una hamaca de la piscina y la caída de cristales de una ventana de una terraza que daba a la piscina nos tuvo esperando otro rato. Un despropósito de hotel, íbamos con la idea de prolongar la estancia una noche más y se nos quitaron las ganas.

Hemos estado muy comodos, la verdad es que la habitación era muy comoda, poder acceder a la piscina durante todo el dia un lujo, la situación muy adecuada y, en general, el personal muy facilitador. Y Palamós es un lugar ideal para unos dias de descanso y relax, su entorno es bellisimo.

Nos dieron una habitación en la planta 4 y por la noche no se podía dormir del ruido de los aparatos de los aires acondicionados. Nos quejamos las dos noche y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Nos decían que subiría el técnico de mantenimiento y nada de nada, entre eso y que el hotel estaba completo, muy poco profesionales.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare all'Aparthotel Palamós e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. La struttura è perfettamente situata, a soli 100 metri dal mare e a pochi passi dal centro del paese, il che rende comodo esplorare i dintorni. Inoltre, la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici rende ancora più facile spostarsi nella zona. Il personale è davvero eccezionale: esperto, disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o esigenza. Mi hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Le stanze sono moderne, pulite e ben attrezzate, con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. Se cercate una location tranquilla ma comoda per esplorare Palamós e la Costa Brava, consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre et de la plage attention par contre compliqué de se garer mais pas impossible non plus. Personnel vraiment adorable et serviable.

La comida muy buena y variada. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien.

Muy cerca de la playa, comida buena, habitacion amplia y limpia pero sin servicio de limpieza a diario. Aparcamiento, si estas de suerte, puedes aparcar en zona verde y blanca.
