The positive is the location is hard to beat and the directions sent were a big help. The negative would be that it would be nice of there was a coffee or bottle of water to help start you off available and the shower spray head bracket was broken on the shower wall. Overall a decent place in a prime location.

Amazing location right in the centre of the city. However, the apartments were not clean (lots of dust and obvious surfaces hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time) and coffee stains all over the wall and carpet which could’ve been treated. Had a hostel feel to it and the apartments were tired and not as fresh as the photos showed it to be. Nice and central but would be more comfortable staying somewhere cleaner.

Perfect location. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Place is very clean. There were a few noisy people partying at night.

Perfect location to market and old town, although since it's in city center can be noisy. Apartment inside is modern, clean but basic. Considering the price level all was great!

Great location in the heart of the action.

I rented a one-bed room apartment, it has a spacious living room, kitchenette and bedroom. The apartment is nice and clean. It is situated in the old town, very convenient location. I have the view of the Cathedral outside the window.

Location that you cant beat, apartments are all brand new with super comfortable beds, love the surprise coffee machine in a halway and free coffee.

Apartment located right on city market square with no access for the vehicle to the entrance. Central location so we was able to walk all the tourist streets. Not much of a service at the hotel no coffee or tea provided. Very basic but met our needs. I’ll recommend this place for short and relatively inexpensive stay.

Great apartment - lovely and spacious in a fantastic location. The only downside would be if you came with heavy luggage as taxis won’t drive you to the front door as it’s a pedestrian area but the staff will help if it’s during their reception opening hours

Excellent location right in the town square where you will find the open market, shopping and restaurants. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Was very disappointed we had asked for an airport taxi which didn't show up and getting another taxi at 6.15 am was not easy .

We loved the location. And the fact that it had a separate bedroom. The little kitchenette came in handy

This apartment is quickly deteriorating. The plumbing is terrible - toilet doesn't flush well, "Rain" shower head is stopped up, kitchen faucet sprays, carpeting is dirty ... Moreover, the manager was nice enough, although she couldn't (or wouldn't) give us restaurant suggestions. The woman sitting at the desk in the mornings was really rude and actually burped in my ear as she walked by!

Stains all over the entire carpet. Dirty towel left hanging behind bedroom door. 1x small bar of soap provided and no body wash whatsoever. Open icecream left in freezer from prior guest. Minimal toilet paper and no tissues. Kept loosing power in our apartment late at night due to a faulty fuse so we couldn't even shower.

The location is in the center, and there are attractions in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed.

Bit pricy but a great room!

Great location, perfectly situated off the main square and public transportation. It is a wonderful sight to step out of the door and be right in Dolac Market. Sit at the many coffee bars around the market to enjoy great coffee, people watch and kick off a perfect day in Zagreb
