A beautiful, clean and spacious apartment. Some nice touches to make us feel welcomed - home brewed brandy, marg and spread, bread. Location is between the old town and bus station, so very convenient. Communication was excellent and very helpful. Our internet kept cutting off, but that got sorted. Sadly the bathroom towel rail never got hot even though the owner came and turned it on. The only negative for us was the dark staircase. Once you walk up to the first floor where the apartments are, there is a sensor light switch you can turn on, but nothing on the ground floor. There is no lift so you will need to carry your bags up. The door code for entry can be a bit fussy. A overall lovely apartment.

Property location is excellent. The room is quite basic but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in a beautiful city.

My room great size . Smoke from previous tenants in the room quite strong . If you park at Least 2 days pay week as is one euro cheaper than two nights . Easy walk to old town center .

Communication with the owners was excellent. They are kind and accommodating. You can walk to almost anywhere! The down side is no free parking. There is a parking garage fairly close that is 13 euros/day. Otherwise it was a lovely stay and very nice to have a little apartment all to yourself.

The room was very hard to find and we receive poor instructions to check in and it was hard to get a hold of the property owner. The lights in the hallway were very hard to find. And we had to go up the stairs in the dark with suitcases. The room was small, tidy (tv remote controls were extremely dirty) and not sound proof. The bed was horrible, like sleeping on a hard, squeaky futon. The room itself was okay for a one night stay on a budget but I would not want to stay for a longer period.

Excellent location for exploring Zagreb. Walkable area and in walking distance from the main train station and bus.

The owner is the best owner we ever met in our own trip! He is so nice and friendly! He is super responsive to our text and provides suggestions to the attractions and restaurants around Zagreb. He helps us a lot even on our Laundry. When We come back to Zagreb and we will stay here again. Highly recommend everyone to stay here! The location is prime walking distance to many attractions and public transportation!

The owner is the best I have ever met from all the properties I stayed around the world! He is very responsive and reply my text in a short period of time. He provided clear direction for check in. He showed us where to go and restaurants. He even helps me in finding the laundromat. He helped us to carry our heavy luggages too. I really thanks him a lot and will definitely recommand every one to stay here is they come to Budapest. Oh the location is good too, only 15 mins away to key attractions and trams are only 1 block away.

This is a block of nicely remodeled studio apartments in an old building. These studios are made of a single old very large apartment that was separated into several units. The building itself still undergoes renovation, and that's why I did not give the 'excellent' mark to the property overall, but the units themselves are in pretty perfect shape. The place is quiet, located within 10 min walk from the very center of the city, and there are a few restaurants and bars literally next door. The hotel management responded literally within minutes to all my messages and was very helpful. Unless you cannot live without amenities of Hilton or Sheraton, I would definitely recommend this choice, particularly if you are in Zagreb for a longer time period.

Great small studio perfect for a short stay in center of Zagreb. Needs to improve internet (internet wasnt strong enough for normal home office) Everything else was perfect!

Thank you to David for taking my suitcase up the one flight of stairs. Fabulous little apartment very nicely renovated with everything you may need for a short stay in Zagreb. The owners even Proved water and emergency nibbles if you arrive late. This included a sample of home made Plum brandy. The bed was extremely comfortable! Thank you for your hospitality. I would certainly come to stay here again in the future

Close tp center, cleen, you have evrything you need in the appartment. Very nice and helpfull staff. No elivator.
