Going for is a very courteous they had great food a really good location and very quiet

Great staff and location

We had an excellent 3-night half board stay. The room, view, food and staff were excellent. Our room faced the sea, but some rooms face inland over the construction of a new carriage way to upgrade the road, so please specify which view you want.

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Roadworks on approach road. Building new road. Slightly awkward approach. No shaving point in bathroom. 3 adapters I was lent didn't work. Cyprus has square pin points the same as UK. Advice: taking shaving adapter.

The staff does not care at all about the hotel.

Lovely hotel in front of the Mediterranean sea. I came off season (late November). A bit cooler, didn't use the gorgeous pool.

Beautiful place!

Too many private functions going on and was very loud. Place is a little outdated now.

Coffee mugs in the room had dirt stains inside the base, the towels torn, old and dirty. The pool bar also very dirty, needs a complete cleaning blast. The location is nice, on the beach which is a real shame that it could easily be put right with some proper cleaning

Food was terrible, nothing in the surrounding areas

Beautiful hotel, nice swimming pool and by the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to help whenever necessary. Mariana and Elena are absolute gems. The air con is excellent, the rooms quite comfortable and spacious. The room with a sea view is highly recommended. Only negative is the internet connection, that is non existent other than the lobby areas. It was a bummer for those needing to go online, either professionally or simply to watch a movie on Netflix. The food is great, although boring for those staying for a couple of weeks on half board as the menu repeats every other day. One last thing, I didn’t enjoy being served leftovers from a christening party the day before. It was conveniently for the hotel the only time that we had a buffet service instead of an a la carte menu.Other than that, highly recommended.

Good location, relatively quiet and not too far from any place you need to go. Friendly staff and fair amenities. I'd og back there!

This is a pleasant hotel, generally well run. They did have two loud parties booked until 1am during our stay but did warn us and offered an upgrade to compensate. The staff are friendly, and although there were some issues with the bar bill for us they responded correctly to my query. Food and drinks at the hotel are somewhat overpriced although not wildly out from those in other establishments in more up-market Cypriot resorts. The ambience on the beach is pleasant, generally Cypriot families, so this is not Agia Napa, if you are looking for night life - though this was fine because we weren't! The beach area is somewhat in development though and the facilities in Oroklini are a little limited - it's a good idea to hire a car.

Honestly i was very negatively surprised by the condition of the hotel right now. It was sooo dirty. Mugs in our room still had stains and were unclean. There was a big cockroach running around in the room and another one dead left unremoved for 2 days in the lobby! Staff don’t seem to care at all! Not even an apology they just said this is normal. Would not recommend at all!

I liked the fact that the hotel is on the beach, they have a nice swimming pool. Mariana, the receptionist was super lovely. I felt that the breakfast option that was included in my package was basic, but still tried to make the best out of it, thank you! The hotel is located in a very quiet area, however it’s about 15 minutes away from the city - a car will save you, otherwise you also have a bus stop just outside the hotel which is convenient. The waiting time to get served was a bit too long in the evening. Regarding cleaning, overall good but could use a bit more attention to cleaning mirrors and balcony. The corridor that leads to the room was dark in the evenings, it does take some time for the light to come in when leaving the room (had to use the phone torch). Nice place and nice staff but didn’t feel like a 4* hotel.
