Fabulous hotel. Lady that checked us in was superb, what a welcome! Facilities were first class and we had an excellent sleep. Had lunch in the band club next door which was also great.

A wonderful week's stay in this delightful hotel whilst visiting family in a nearby village. Appreciated the spacious room with large bathroom including a walk in shower. The room was reached by lift or stairs and was serviced daily by the delightful team members who were friendly and very efficient. The bed was large and very comfortable and there was plenty of space in wardrobe and drawers for clothing. A cooked or continental breakfast was served by a wonderfully, friendly and smiley lady in the downstairs breakfast room although room service was also available if required. Next door restaurant and bars provided options for an evening meal. Communication from the hotel was excellent and provided by Frankie who kindly arranged a late check in for us. The on site reception team were wonderfully efficient and led by the lovely and very friendly Sandra who also provided to be a source of great local knowledge. With Sandra's help we discovered walks, taxis and bus routes that enabled us to fully explore locally and visit nearby Victoria. Sannat is a very quiet and beautiful village with a stunning church opposite the hotel, and all the local people we met were very friendly and helpful. Loved the place will go back

The hotel was close enough to Victoria to walk, or there were buses that stopped across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy self check-in as we arrived on Christmas. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I was contacted days before my reservation to confirm my room choices etc. The staff is kind and very helpful. The hotel location is in a calm and quiet community. Right next door are two restaurants. I ate at the Lion’s Den, the owner was very kind and the food was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and modern hotel, with view over the church dome. The area is very quiet and the room has all the comforts one would need, including a jacuzzi bath. The staff were extremely helpful and reacted as soon as we needed help. Definitely recommended.

Staff very attentive although breakfast plates take long to be served however worth the wait.

Hotel is set in a quiet area in the square of Sannat. Room is comfy and shower has good pressure and heat. Small mini bar provided in room to keep some drinks.

The location is good, the room modern, clean & spacious. Good restaurants downstairs. Breakfast better than expected with v good gluten free bread ( order before). Fresh coffee at breakfast would be a bonus

We enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing and comfortable. The staff are akso extremely heloful and pokite Our only suggestion is to have better pillows as they were not comfortable.
