Hotel is in an amazing location, however it is not very clean at all. The hallway was disgusting. You could see dirt and “crud” in the carpet. Mold in the shower and “something “ on the walls. Room was warm , air conditioning not sufficient. Pillows were stinky. However front desk staff/ housekeepers friendly. Just not clean

I’ve been in this hotel several times and I always amazed me that every time we arrive they ask us if this is the first time, how don’t you have it in your system. Also the last 3 times they didn’t added our Marriott rewards whit is disappointing I whist they have a little more attention to a repeat costumer

Property was beautiful, but our room needed some upgrade. Torn curtain, stained bench. Non working phone. Housekeeping service can be better. They missed one day and the next day almost at 4 pm , when we were returning to the room.

Great location. Convenient for dining and shopping.

It was a great experience but the room was dirty floors , the room i paid for was not what i got i needed to see the city view but was denied for reasons i dont understand that the third party didn't book the room i will meed my refund if possible because am really not happy

We loved the decor in the hotel, very nice atmosphere and the restaurants food and were outstanding. The one issue was stains on the sheets and pillow cases.

This is the most beautiful hotel! My husband and I often come here for a little staycation and it is fabulous. It’s a five star hotel. On every level, including the soaps and products, linens, towels, quiet, staff everything great.
