I liked the proximity to old town and the rivers.

Great location!!! Walk to everything. We had room 301 overlooking a busy street. It was loud at night! Parking underneath hotel was nice. Having a grocery store (Edeka) 3 minutes away was awesome! Considering the location and value, I would stay here again.

Great, friendly desk clerks! Helpful and informative. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. We had requested a baby bed when we booked the room and it was set up and ready for us upon arrival. 😀

Ideally situated for a short break in cologne

Very unhelpful front desk staff. I needed directions to a well-known river cruise ship that docked within a 10 minute walk. They had no idea where it was and sent me to the wrong area. When they asked if I had found it and I told them what happened, they shrugged their shoulders.

Really enjoyable stay in the lovely city of Koblenz. The hotel was ideally situated. Hotel was lovely as was the room. Staff were all friendly and courteous and the allocated room lovely. Many thanks.

A functional no-frills place with good access to the old town. Staff were accommodating but room wasn’t that comfortable (only one pillow) and it was quite bad in terms of sound insulation.

Property was okay, room wasn't that comfortable due to size and bedding was not as comfortable with only one blanket. Staff are helpful and courteous for the most part.
