We were very unsatisfied with our stay. We got a room that had broken shades could not open to let sunlight in. The day of check out we went downstairs to get luggage cart at 10:00 am check out is at 11:00. Once we got back to our room an employee was walking out our door saying he was checking batteries. Our son was in the room so we dont know the employees intentions he did not change out any batteries. I approached front desk and ask to speak to a manager. No manager on weekends. I asked for name and phone number of manager I called Monday morning but she was in a meeting I left a message and never heard back. Seems like a perfect time to take someone belongings when you go downstairs to get a luggage cart. One would only arrive home to think they left it behind.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire place was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, both at check-in and check-out, making the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked my room the afternon before my trip. Unfortunately I had an emergency and had to cancel my entire trip. When I reached out that same evening and explained the situation, I was told that there was nothing they could do because it was policy to cancel by a certain time. I replied back asking for an exception to the rule due the the circumstance. This reply was ignored and I was charged for the room. Heartless people and poor Customer Service all around.

Very clean and the bed really comfortable

The front desk called our room and asked us if everything was ok and if we needed anything. It was great.

I booked a room for 6 people and get charged extra for that many people and there are only 3 towels in the room. Why do hotels do that? I always have to go ask for more. So irritating. Be prepared for the amount of people expected in the room. They also did not have any more bath towels available at the desk so we had to use small towels.
