Great position- 5 minute walk to main railway station. Very clean good sized room. Could do with a few more lights. Nice modern decor. Plenty of space for clothes. Nice walk in shower. Most of staff were lovely and very helpful. The young lady who checked me in was rather non welcoming

Breakfast was basic but filling. If you’re not European and come from South East Asia, don’t expect anything with spices. No preferences for non pork/beef eaters so make do with eggs and bread. The TV has no English programming and even when I complained that the CNN channel was out, nothing was done. Zero marks for effott

The breakfast is nice. The fresh yogurt is a really good helper for my digestive system. However, I would like to suggest a handle cover for the pot lid & spoons as they are hot. If possible, a little more space for the food table so people can get food much easier. Would to like to have stir fried veggie in the hot food section.

Staff extremely courteous, helpfull

Staff was nice, room was clean, air conditioning was non existent so we barely slept because it was so hot, and the shampoo was atrocious. Made my hair disgustingly thick with product and so greasy. Bring your own bath products

Great location shortcut available to both train and coach stations.large room comfortable bed,quiet.

Service was good. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Parking is misleading. We are traveling with quite a bit of luggage and parking a few blocks away was difficult.

Spotless room, pillows not to my liking (foam), comfortable bed.

Felt scammed by the high cost of parking. I don’t recall reading about parking charges in the property description.

Lively room on the 7th floor. Basic amenities in room and basic breakfast. No dressing gown or slippers. Staff were really friendly.

Good stay and a good location, especially for the close by train station. There is also a tram stop close that serves many great locations in Bordeaux. One issue that we had and seems to be somewhat common, is our room AC never worked as well as expected. We had to get a fan to help from the hotel. Besides that issue would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is modern and clean; our room was generous in size with a comfortable king-size bed. It is located within an easy walk (even with roller-luggage) of the St Jean rail station. However, it is absurdly difficult to identify the hotel when driving a car whose navigation system has the address. Better to park at the railway station and call the hotel desk for help.

Nice place near train station. They de activated my key at noon. Had to back in at 12.05 to get something. They were not nice about that.!!??

Great stay

The staff was excellent. The room climate controls turned off automatically every morning about 8:00. I did not enjoy waking up in a sweat because of this.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to st jean station. Close to Tram station so easy to get around
