Room was basic. TV and heater included. Kettle not included. Clean and tidy. The staff were courteous and friendly. Knew enough English to get by. Great location and easy to find. In the centre of Casablanca with major attractions and both major rail stations walkable in around 20/25 mins.

Very well located and thestaff we the friendliest so far. Fes was great and gave me perfect directions to everywher i needed to go. His breakfast service was great and prompt as well as all the other staff. Thank you

Small room, clean, ac worked, WiFi worked, good location, walking distance to tram and restaurants.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided good service. Room was spacious. The elevator was very small but good enough to not us carry our luggages from the third floor.

Unit 10 the shower leaks into the room. Television doesn't work.

The stuff will do anything to accommodate you and facilitate your journey with a friendly spirit and a smile. Samir’s, abdel Mouty, Mehdi and Feye did a great job and made my stay a memorable one.

Basic hotel, but clean, well-located, and with friendly staff.

Basic accommodation, very satisfactory for the price. Font desk personnel and manager went above and beyond to help with a personal health issue, would definitely recommend. Thanks again!
