This is not real hotel where you get the whole building with rooms, it is partial floors in existing building, location wise probably one of the best and perfect for sleeping only. But if you are looking for hotel where you spend the time at then this is not the one. Perfect for people looking for sleeping and shower only.

This hotel was a good value for the price. It is located in downtown Cairo close to the Egyptian Museum, and it is a short Uber ride from the major sites in Cairo. Unfortunately, there was some type of leak in the bathroom, and the floor was always very wet. Also, when we checked out, the clerk at the desk told me that they "needed to check the room before I could leave." The purpose of this "check" was obviously to find a way to charge us more money. The person who conducted the room check brought down a pillow case with a stain on it and made me pay for it before I was permitted to check out. It was 3:50 am, and the staff were aware of the fact that we needed to get to the airport. The breakfast was average. I think there are better options available, and the pictures do not accurately reglectbthe quality of the hotel.

We had arranged an airport schedule which did not meet us at the airport. We had to take a cab and when we got to the hotel and saw the state of the rooms and the condition of the hotel we refused to stay. We had to get another taxi to take us to a different hotel. The rooms where filthy, the pictures on the hotels.com website are not of the hotel. When we notified hotels.com of the condition of the hotel they contacted the hotel about a refund, but we did not receive one. I would never advise anyone to stay at this hotel.

The pictures on hotels.com did not resemble the room at all. The room was uncomfortable, lift was faulty, cigarette burns in the sheets, and worst was the balcony door did not close/lock properly feeling like a security concern. Despite booking a "superior" room, we were provided the above issues and the staff immediately tried to upsell to another room. Potentially a scam to extract more money.

The bed was comfortable and clean although the room looks nothing like the photos on the website. Staff were courteous and attentive. Good breakfast provided. Overall the hotel is tired looking but it was okay for a few nights if you're not expecting something fancy.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and definitely not worth the $90 per night I paid. The photos online look nothing like the reality. When I arrived, they tried to give me a room far below the category I had booked. After I complained, they moved me to a slightly better room, but it still did not match the advertised photos at all. The breakfast was average and not a buffet. It wasn’t a proper continental breakfast either, the staff chose the items and portions for you. The elevator was unreliable and sometimes not working. The safe in the room was broken, wouldn’t open, and even had no batteries. Hot water also took a long time to come through. Overall, the stay was not encouraging and did not match the value for money. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel and rooms do not look anything like the pictures! We asked for the best rooms in the hotel and they were still terrible. This hotel should not be allowed to post fake pictures and mislead the guests. I have no idea how they have so many review and 3 stars. We confronted about the pictures to the Manager which seem to not care that we were in shock.
