Very nice hotel. Private onsite parking is charged at rear of hotel. Excellent meals and the staff were always ready to assist.

Loved stuff!! Clean place centrally located

This hotel was not up to par for international travel. The bedroom stains on the wall near the headboard. The hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, Even though we stayed in a non smoking room. The only positive thing about the hotel was the free breakfast.

Good option at the city center. Premium room was nice with everything I would need and plenty of room. There is paid parking at the courtyard but hotel has couple of free parking places on the side street also. Breakfast was good with many local options to make it more interesting than typical international breakfast.

Just a one night stay while travelling from home, IoM, to Athens, Greece and back...absolutely stunning place, great service, lovely food. Thank you for your hospitality

There was a cockroach in the bedroom. I don’t need to say much more. They said this is normal. Not where I come from. They offered to change room but this was late at night. Next morning there wasn’t even an apology from the reception or any proactive gesture of goodwill. The overall cleanliness especially bathroom was not great

Near the sightseeing location

This is a great hotel. Fabulous staff. Good sized room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Good location.

Very good experience

The location is super convenient, in the city center of Nis, and you can walk everywhere. A lot of bars and food options around.

Hotel is nice, central and close to everything. Wifi cut out and i used my credit without realising. Parking is tight but convienent and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Short overnight stay on our long distance journey to Türkiye from Czechia. Hotel was clean and staff were courteous. Parking was behind hotel in open space with a security bar operated by reception. Hotel is very centrally located. Breakfast was excellent.
