In this new villa, which bears the name of the mother of the owner of this cozy complex, we were the first vacationers. We thank the always responsive staff for the pleasant attention of Chiara! Impeccable cleanliness, a wonderful set of comfortable pillows for sleeping, as well as all the necessary set of dishes and everything you need for relaxation! You are the best! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place was unacceptable. The moment we walked in, there was a terrible smell that lingered throughout our stay. It wasn’t just unpleasant—it made us all feel sick. By the next morning, everyone’s throats were sore, likely from whatever was in the air. The cleanliness (or lack thereof) was shocking. The floors were filthy—my socks literally turned brown within minutes of walking around. It was clear that the house hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were different kinds of dead insects in several corners, which only added to the disgusting atmosphere. Everything inside felt extremely outdated and cheap, from the furniture to the kitchenware. It seemed like no one cared to maintain or upgrade anything. The outside wasn’t any better—the advertised outdoor activities were rundown, dirty, and just as neglected as the inside of the house. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. It’s in desperate need of a deep clean, serious maintenance, and some basic care. Definitely not worth the money or the experience.

Staff was extremely kind. We had a dog with us and they gave us a bigger apartment with the garden for him, which was really nice. Apartment is really good equipped, has everything you need for your stay. Recommended! Disliked · Pool seemed nice, but the opening hours were short (from 10 until 18) so we were not able to make it. Even though that there is a board at the pool that it is opened from 9.

The communication via e-mail about the reservation was smooth and well managed. Fast answers. The WiFi was a shear catastrophe: literally useless. When we complained to the reception guy in the evening he just said that’s because too many people are using it🤷🏼. When we said that’s not okay, because if you have eg 100 guests you should have a WiFi system capable of handling 100 people using it at the same time. He just answered that we should complain to Chiara (the boss/ owner??). In a compound of this size and claimed quality this would be just basic expectation in the 21st century. The bottom of the stairs (within the family appartment) is pretty dangerous coming down: pls look after yourself and your children! After the first day I received an email asking about our first impressions: I wrote about the bad WiFi and that there’s no water kettle (I’m a tea drinker) and to our biggest surprise on our arrival that evening a water kettle awaited us on a chair from the terrace. 👍🥰 Thanks for that!! Unfortunately it had a lot of limescale on the bottom 😳🫣, so I never used it as there was no eg vinegar in the house to clean it by myself. See pictures The terraces are really nice outside: covered area with big table & six chairs. It’s a very cute solution how they solved the intimacy of the terraces with well kept hedges. The compound is mostly kept well and green (lots of plants) and the apartment is very clean. The parking lot 🅿️ is very close and offering enough space. They clame to be “green”, but for getting warm water under the shower you had to run the water prior for several minutes and it was hardly enough for 2 people even though we really save water 💧 to a maximum wherever we are: we do not shower under running water. I don’t know how the warm water supply is working with 4-5 people wanting to have a shower after a beach day. 🤷🏻‍♀️ All in all: the price was 100€/night for the 2 of us for a complete apartment house with place for 4 adults 2 children end of September. Considering all the facts, and what we experienced so far for 100€/night it is not worth the price for 2 people. 😞 For a family it could make sense (my sister stayed there 2-3x times with husband and 2 kids and they loved it). The last disappointment was on our leaving. Maybe it was Chiara at the reception (we’ll never know now…🙏🏻), and the computer was just running a calculation so I had to wait for a few minutes before I could pay. She constantly talked to herself in Italian but never asked how our stay was. 🥺 So we just said “arrivederci” and left after handing back the keys and paying. 😳

I stayed a few nights in this location. I rented a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a living room. one of the bathrooms was very small. The kitchen is fully equipped. The biggest minus was the presence of mosquitoes in the apartment, but especially in the evening on the terrace, with a minimum effort for disinsection this discomfort could be eliminated. It takes about 7 minutes by car to the beach. Supermarket 5 minutes by car. The pool is very clean and well maintained. In the premises there are places arranged for children of all ages. There is also a barbecue area.
