It was a complete mess. I booked an Ibis, but you have to enter through the Novotel, go down to the garage, and then take another elevator on the other side of the garage. Nobody explains anything properly; several people were lost in the garage, not knowing where the elevator was! Check-in was a complete mess; they couldn't find my reservation. Never again!

Only stayed at Ibis for one night at a small room, but I've stayed at other Ibis locations many times and they do not disappoint. Very streamed lined and straight forward. A great value stay.

No glasses in the room, no hand towels, towels too thin. No water bottles in fridge.

Simples, rápido. Recepção ótima e estacionamento com manobrista. Simple, fast. Great reception and valet parking.

The pool table in the lobby was a great addition. The staff was very friendly and knew a decent amount of english and spanish. The cleaning crew was always doing a wonderful job. The only issue I had with the hotel was that breakfast was not that great, and that the television did not offer many sports channels. It would have been nice to watch ESPN. Whether it be soccer, football, or even golf, I would have loved to have been able to watch some sports. That all being said, I loved my time there and will gladly come back.

Hotel desativado atrás do novotel. Não tem recepção, tem que fazer check in no novotel e dar a volta pela rua. Ar condicionado sem manutenção e super barulhento. Chuveiro entupido e sujo.

O processo de check-in antecipado deveria facilitar, porém utilizam plataforma virtual terrível, que não funciona. Então além de perder tempo tentando utilizar o check-in virtual, ainda perde-se tempo novamente fazendo o check-in físico. O funcionário que nos atendeu na recepção apresentou comportamento hostil. A recepção é compartilhada com outro hotel e para chegar ao Ibis Budget precisa caminhar pelo estacionamento, onde havia um aparelho eletrônico com defeito que ficava constantemente emitindo um apito insuportável. As acomodações são as padrões do Ibis budget, porém com paredes mais finas, possibilitando ouvir até mesmo o celular vibrando no quarto ao lado.

Muito limpo, roupa de cama e banho ótimas. O quarto que é minúsculo.

Tudo ótimo, desde o check in, que foi bem ágil. Cafe da manhã excelente, quarto limpo e tudo funcionando bem.
