Our suite was clean and spacious. The suite was well appointed. A great place to stay in Ottawa - steps away from the sights.

the suite we stayed in was exactly as shown on Expedia. Big suite with in-suite laundry, fully stocked kitchen, king bed with pocket doors for privacy plus an office! We were able to walk to all the sites, locations and many dining options including a cruise on the canal. We want to return next Canada Day and got a wonderful rate via Expedia.

Fantastic spot for the price. Could not have asked for better. Centrally located with parking and all amenities!

Good option if you like to prepare your own meals. A short10 min walk from parliament hill. Operations manager was very nice and kind allowed us to check-in early with a small fee. Would consider coming back on future visits to Ottawa.

Great location on a quiet downtown street! Walking distance to Byward Market, University of Ottawa, Parliament Hill and many other attractions. The hotel is a few blocks from a Farm Boy for grocery shopping and there are many restaurants and pubs nearby on Elgin St and Bank St. Thanks to Kaity in the SOHO Residences office for all her help before and during our stay! We hope to be back.

The location was perfect for the tourist attractions we were planning to visit. I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone I know!

Easy check in, great space, location was good

Very nice stay - Keurig coffee maker makes terrible, weak coffee, but other than that, all good.

The property was modern, clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near walkable dining and grocery options and was also close enough to downtown tourist attractions to be able to get there on foot. We felt that a few things could have been better: 1. The TV sets in the property were unable to be "found" by our tablet devices and so we were unable to cast our favourite streaming services to them and had to watch them on our tablets. Not sure if this is because the TVs were older models. The cable channels that were provided weren't of much interest to us. 2. The sliding doors on the bedroom closet wouldn't stay open and had to be held with one's foot while getting clothes out or putting them away. 3. Blackout lining on the blinds would make sleeping easier in summer. The frosted glass door on the bedroom door did nothing to keep the light out after 4am when the sun started to lighten the sky. 4. Small things to enhance guest convenience and comfort: There's a nice kitchen, but no basic supplies like salt and pepper, or sachets of sugar; only two coffee pods were provided - we had to ask for more (which were supplied, but it would've been better not to have to ask); liquid body wash for showering would have been preferable to bar soap (I know this is a personal preference, but it wouldn't cost much to provide in addition). Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend SOHO Residences Lisgar to others wanting to visit Ottawa.

We’ve come to Ottawa frequently for our kids who are in uni and stayed in a few different places but this is our favourite now! Fantastic accommodations in Centretown, close to everything. Secure building with amenities lose by. FAB Things: Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows looking onto downtown Ottawa, modern, clean, spacious, comfortable bed and Crate & Barrel sofa, with easy (and relatively affordable) parking! Bathroom was nice with decent water pressure and hot water! Towels were luxurious! Fridge, dishwasher worked well. Did not use microwave or stove/oven. Small issues: only 2 coffee pods, so need to get your own coffee for Day 2. A few plugs weren’t working, but concierge said they’d fix that. Washer worked well but dryer did not dry well and had to hang items after several hours in the machine. TV remotes could probably use new batteries. Biggest problem: bedroom needs blackout shades or eye masks PLEASE! We had a great stay and think we will prob stay at SoHo as our landing spot when we visit the kids as we were really comfortable here. We have photos and video but can’t upload those

We had such a comfortable stay here. The suite had all the amenities we needed, including washer and dryer, and more. The shower was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was straightforward and easy. Unfortunately the pool was not yet open but all other aspects of our stay were wonderful. Great view. Enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood.

The actual unit was excellent, hallways were clean and very quiet. The gym was ok, the pool was empty which was why I picked the spot. All in all I would recommend the place and I will stay again. Excellent washroom and bed

Overall, a good trip! Didn't have time to use any of the facilities. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect! Amazing location, easy check in and check out, parking available underground. Very clean and stocked with kitchen utensils/plates etc to cook a meal in the apartment.
