Location is very close to city centre. All staff were very polite, helpful, dan kind, and speak english well. Room was great, got an upgrade to executive, the room was very nice, well designed, cozy modern. No complain about the room and interior. Things to improve: need to upgrade the TV. Rooms has a very big bathup but hot water supplies was less than sufficient. So we can not enjoy a nice bath during our stay.

I like this hotel, staff very friendly and really help full. I took Angkor wat tour from this hotel and the driver also very friendly. The location very close to night market and pub street, only 5-10 minutes walking distance

We were really dissatisfied with this hotel. I had booked 2 days for the first payment but in just 1 day, the hotel reported the room was broken and pla pla was repairing for many reasons. Service too ordinary nothing special booking a line a check in a different way. At the peak, the hotel could not find a room for us, not replace another room, just want to return the money to chase away guests irresponsibly trying to ask such a hotel to be trusted and to stay. Only once and only will never return to this irresponsible hotel 👎
