My whole experience with this hotel has been horrible. No room service, breakfast quality and quantity is bad, unhelpful reception. Do not recommend at all.

Overall the stay was great. Place is great, close to Osaka Temmangu, for those who don't know, Osaka Temmangu area is like nishiki market or any tourist fish market you know. So, if you want a place that is easy to find meals, this is the place. If you are using JR to get around, there are 2 stations. The closest one requires you to transit first before you can get to big station like Osaka Station, the other one can get you directly to Osaka station but it is quite far. Not that far actually, but since you are having holiday, mostly your feet are already fatigue, when getting back to hotel will be a bit bad experince hahaha. But if you are using Osaka Amazing Pass/the metro line, the hotel is so close to the station like 2 mins walk?

Very nice place and great location near MRT

Staff does not has service mind. I would like to help from a staff to call taxi on check out day due to I am a pregnant but a staff inform me we can not help you immediately. When I called taxi which has many taxi to dropped easily. I won't back to this hotel.

The room is small but it's located near the station and family mart.
