The staffs working in Holiday Inn demonstrated a more friendly attitude, also their rules of membership regarding benefits showed a more caring customer service comparing with my experiences with Hilton and Marriott within a few couple of days.

Disappointed in the pool way too much chlorine and very cloudy. That’s what the grandson was looking for.

The gentleman who checked us in was spectacular. Very friendly and upbeat. He had a wonderful attitude and I really appreciated that. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely would stay here again.

Room was spacious. Issues with housekeeping, ran out of soap twice (pump kind), ran out of tissues, weren't given enough towels. Wasn't that we used a lot, they just didn't check when servicing room.

Hotel was a perfect option for short stay in Cincy. Clean, quiet, and easy to access. Very close to restaurants and shopping, Children’s Hospital, and interstate. Only downside was nearby construction. Otherwise perfect stay.

Very clean and quiet. The staff were all incredibly friendly and nice. The breakfast was delicious, the pool area was well maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Will choose it each time we travel to the area.

Nice breakfast, nearby construction. Otherwise close to many attractions and malls. Rooms are nice but some window blinds don’t work.
