The hotel was generally clean, as is typical of hotels in Japan. It was a bit cramped because I booked a room for three people. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every three days, or you have to notify the front desk before midnight.

I stayed at The Rise Osaka Kitashinchi for two nights and had a very satisfying experience. This hotel is perfect for travelers who prioritize comfort, a strategic location, and professional service. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel has a modern, calm, and tidy atmosphere. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay from check-in. Service: The staff were very friendly, polite, and responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with any questions. Room Comfort: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The soft bed, appropriate lighting, and ambiance made for a relaxing rest after a long day of sightseeing. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean, both in the room and in the public areas.

The room was a bit small, but considering the price, it seemed reasonable. Everything was fine, and the staff were friendly.

very impressive, can't say anything else, everything in Japan<Osaka> is very amazing including the people, two thumbs up for Japan, will come back again on the next trip to Tokyo.
