Very clean, great location and excellent staff

The lady who runs this place is great and speaks good English. You just have to remember that it's very hard to find. Go to the Ambassador Hotel then cross the street and ascend the stairs on the right and then take a left and you're there. Very clean and inviting accommodations near the Riva in Split. Probably take a cab the first time.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to Harbour and downtown

Very modern looking room with a great location. Just mins walk to old downtown. Staff were very helpful. On site parking is avaliable too. I would go back for sure!

Hotel was located a short block away from the waterfront and right at the base of the lovely Marjan Hill Stairs. Very secure feeling with outside door code and individual room kay cards.

Great location, close to the city center, but yet far enough to be quiet at night. The building is feel brand new. Everything worked as expected and the staff was always helpful.

The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing. Julija was so pleasant at check-in and she set up a taxi for us for a 4:30AM trip to the airport. The driver showed up right on time.

This is a wonderful little hotel, situated a stones throw from the old town in Split. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if we ever found ourselves back in Split for a few days!

What a wonderful home away from home in Split! Perfect location, incredibly generous size, clean, parking on site. We arrived late, and Julia was just so warm and accommodating and generous and friendly. She is a gem. What a delightful stay!

Great location. Close proximity to Old Town and all the great Restaurants and Bars. Far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. Room was beautiful and well appoointed.
