This was not a good stay. I walked into the bar and it was full of people swearing and shouting. I felt uncomfortable asking for my room booking. The hotel is damaged, carpet worn through, rooms were not clean, damaged furniture, stained pillows and duvet, shower was mouldy, there are signs saying if you eat your own food in the room you are fined and signs saying if you are caught with drugs you are thrown out. I did not feel safe, the back door was left ajar so anyone can walk in. I took many photos of the room condition. I then emailed the chain when they requested feedback and attached the photos. I heard nothing, so I emailed again and still nothing. This is not somewhere I would ever stay again.

An old hotel but comfortable,clean and welcoming. Only drawback was the external noise at night as the hotel is right on the busy high street,and the window had to be kept open because of the hot weather.

Central location, interesting large building with a multi-room multi-screen bar in a central courtyard but I didn't have any noise issues. There was a fan in my room but the large glass 'window' didn't open, so if that matters, check when booking.

Great for an overnight stay, the bedroom was clean. Building has seen better days but for the price it was ideal for what I needed.

Great hotel, rooms are basic but clean and away from the main pub so quiet. Staff really helpful and friendly, breakfast and pub food really nice. 40 mins from central London and very to the station

This is a pub hotel and meet all our needs. Room was quiet and bed nice. Overall the room was dated and well used but for a pub hotel and price it was great. The pub itself is nice and has good food with a discount for hotel guests.

Clean, comfortable bedroom and lovely breakfast. Set in s convenient location in the centre of town, very good value for money.

The hotel is well positioned in the centre of Dartford. Staff service and helpful attention is very good.

Very nice stay! Breakfast was good. The lobby/bar area was really cool! Room was comfortable and the towels were a great student, 2 problems the extraction fan was not working and the towel warming rack was not working. Close the train station. Parking was plentiful. Located right next to the Mick Jagger and Keith Richards Glitter Twins Statue, fun fact Dartford is the childhood home for both of them!

They need to be careful about live music times. Hair dryer is too old please buy new one it doesn’t work properly

Perfect for a quick Christmas visit. Room.was quiet, and the staff were great.

There are moulds everywhere on the carpet and in the bathroom.

Room hadn't been cleaned properly there was a pair of underpants behind the radiator there was a cup in the sink with water in and white residue there was a razor cap in the soap holder in the shower the bathroom floor was really dirty with bits of yellow toilet paper stuck to the floor there was broken hanger and a bed wheel thrown into the draw with the kettle on the tea n coffee hadn't been replenished and I was given a iron that had the back smashed off. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay this time.

From booking in to dropping back the keys the staff were superb and the stay was excellent.
