A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Northern Ireland – Truly Unmatched! I've stayed at this charming bed and breakfast multiple times now, and each visit only gets better. Perfectly located in the beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland and conveniently close (40 minutes) to Belfast International Airport, this B\&B has become my go-to every time I’m in the area. geographically perfect as it is central ulster region. The host, Ann, is simply incredible. Her attention to detail is second to none — she has truly thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at home. From the cozy, spotless rooms to the thoughtful personal touches throughout the house, it’s clear that Ann takes great pride in what she does. Every stay feels tailored to the individual. What really stands out is how much more this B&B offers compared to many hotels — especially when you consider the price. It’s competitively priced, but the quality, warmth, and service you receive far exceed most hotel experiences. The breakfast is always a highlight and tailored to what you want, freshly prepared and absolutely delicious — it’s clear that Ann puts real care into every part of the guest experience. A bonus is the copious amount of tea and coffee with the thoughtful biscuits :) I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Great friendly stay

Fabulous stay at Manor View. So friendly and comfortable. Excellent stay. We came for the golf at Portrush but would come again to explore the local area. Fabulous breakfast too.

Absolutely lovely stay at the air bnb! We were late checking in due to a delayed flight but the owner greeted us very friendly and gave us a menu for the breakfast the next morning which was delicious and veggie friendly! Breakfast also very flexibile with a wide range of options that you were able to add extras on/pick and choose parts of the menu. Would highly recommend lovely rooms and great power shower.

We were made very welcome at the Manorview and had a lovely, spacious room. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and it was all delicious. We especially enjoyed the homemade shortbread. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

I stay at Ann’s B&B every month now for work and will continue to do so. Working away from home isn’t always the most pleasant experience, but Ann makes it so much easier. She’s warm, welcoming, and friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The house is immaculately clean, and breakfast always sets you up well for the day. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough – it’s a real home away from home.

Breakfast was a real highlight – delicious, hearty, and tailored to your preferences. On this occasion i needed to depart early so she made me a take away breakfast. So thoughtful and kind. Whether you’re rushing out for work or enjoying a slower start, the host goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well-fed and ready for the day. The location is perfect – peaceful, with lovely views, yet easily accessible and ideal for work trips. There’s ample parking, and everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. I genuinely can’t recommend Manor View B&B enough. It’s a real home away from home, and I’ll definitely be using it for all my future work trips. A true five-star experience in every way!

From I arrived I was made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious, very comfortable and spotless, very clean indeed. A big shout out to the shower in the en suite, red hot and so powerful! Lastly I’d like to say a big thanks for having me and going out of the way to provide me with a very early breakfast.

amazingly big room as well as spacey bathroom with a tub. Comfortable matress, easy parking. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The surroundings are so green and quiet. Cookstown is only a few miles away with a supermarket snd a few shops.

Amazing stay. Rooms were very clean, food was brilliant and location was great. Thank you to Anne for your wonderful accommodation and hospitality.

Was in the Cookstown area to see a live band. This B&B was only 10 minutes away and much cheaper than town centre properties. A lovely home, warm, comfy with a great breakfast. Will stay there again.

The welcome and friendliness we were met with. That and a delicious breakfast!

Situated in the countryside, the B&B offers a very comfortable stay overnight in a well-kept, en-suite room. Excellent breakfast and a nice, drawing room. As there is no shop/restaurant within walking distances, car is a must.

We would definitely stay there again. Everything about Manorview was wonderful.
