Really friendly stuff when you checked in, Breakfast Really good. Hotel area amazing,the room nee 2 be more clean. They need to clean the walls. Near the TV .

Pros: The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. Breakfast was great. Cons: The carpet was badly stained and the towels were almost threadbare. The handwashing dispenser pump was broken and the wall had a long dirty smudge mark from the bedhead to the end.

It was good

We stayed for a total of two nights but If we could have stayed longer we would have! We really enjoyed our stay there - The price and the quality were unbeatable especially during Christmas market time! This is not a super central hotel to go to all the Christmas markets BUT the tram and street cars are so close by that it’s absolutely doable! We enjoyed the fact that it was in a quiet area too. The breakfast in the morning was really good! The room (we had the studio) was absolutely delightful, having everything we needed! We only have goos things to say about this hotel!

Clean cool room with good air conditioning as it was 28 degrees C outside. Staff and service excellent. Lovely breakfast. Booked Airport Taxi through them and they introduced the driver to me and saw me off! The lovely foyer could do with air conditioning but otherwise an excellent Hotel

Easy check-in and very friendly staff. Nice area to be in and not far from the train station.

The property was well organized and clean. Staff was very helpful. Many historic places are in a walking distance from this hotel. Overall, great experience.

I will definitely staying here again, I thought I was going to share the bathroom with others but they gave me 2 bed for one price and I had my own private bathroom, i can’t believe I was paying low price for luxury room.

The location is great-walk right into the city from the front door. Laundry is definitely a problem-the washer and dryer are 1 unit and the clothes do not get dry so you have to hang clothes all around your apartment to dry and so it takes awhile. Also, if you checkout at 11 there isn’t a place to safely keep bags if you have a later flight and want to spend time enjoying your last day

Beautiful clean and comfortable stay with accommodation for our car. Very happy and will stay again next time when visiting Vienna.

It was clean, and well maintained with good breakfast. No other dining options in immediate area. Rooms were average size. Had to request room cleaning, and water bottles were not refreshed.
