I could not recommend this hotel enough if you intend to stay in the Hikone area. The hotel itself is surprisingly luxurious with great amenities and service. It's right outside of the Hikone castle area and you can get a great view of the castle and the surrounding areas basically at all times. It's also right near the Yumek

Excellent views and good placement for sightseeing, wonderful staff, super helpful and polite. Going to try to go back.

Can see the view of the castle when you are enjoying onsen and the longue bar. Room is very clean and tidy which gives you the feeling of relaxation and comfortable. Staff is very nice and friendly which say geetings for my birthday and prepare some gift which makes me feel surprised. Breakfast is very nice too which have lots of choices. Highly recommend to all of you! Will stay again next time when travel to Hikone!

This is a perfect hotel with great service, nice breakfast and super location.

Nice place to stay. The room is quite small as usual in Japan however, the service was quite good. Friendly staffs, free spa and drinks every evening were fantastic experience for me. The hotel also gave me a pick-up service from train station.

Amazing hotel in every way, from we arrived to we left. Located with a view to the castle and the moat, the hotel couldn’t have had a better location. And they complete the experience with a tasteful decor, friendly manner, clean rooms with good WiFi, and an excellent breakfast. Be sure to try the onsen (hot bath) with a view to the castle after dark when it’s lit up.

This hotel adjacent to the Hikone Castle. There are great castle views from the large windows by the elevators. Rooms are small by Western standards but average for a Japanese hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful but many have minimal English language skills.

酒店的餐廳要早一日預訂，不接受隨時入店用餐 附近的餐廳也比較早關門，但步行去JR站還有很多選擇，也不過是十分鐘路程

お風呂についてシルク湯、岩盤は素晴らしいです。欲を言えば、ふろ水が温泉、サウナや冷水があると最高です。

落ち着いたホテル

この価格での温泉、無料のドリンクサービスがあるラウンジ、目の前にお城が見え、満足です。

こちらのミスで宿泊予定日を間違えてしまいましたが宿泊直前に丁寧な対応をして頂き大変助かりました。 客室も清潔でスタッフの対応も良かったです。 また彦根に行く時には利用したいと思います。

温泉がいい♨️価格が安い‼️

スタッフが丁寧に説明してくれた。ラウンジの利用が無料で利用でき、そこからの眺めが最高だった。 朝食時の席への誘導が無駄に感じた。ディナー時のスタッフの対応は、イラっとした。

スパから彦根城がみえてよかったです！

チェックインの時にGO toトラベル 利用したかったのになんの説明がなくチェックアウトの時に聞いたらチェックインの日の22時までにフロントに言わなければ利用出来ないと言われ割引料金されなかった。客が聞く前に説明があってもいいのでは？4000円近く損した。その分夕食に回したのに！それに夕食、ホテルのレストランでと思ってたのに利用出来なくて外へ店を探しまくった。一人なのでなんとか利用させて欲しかった。

余りの暑さに、時間より早めでしたがチェックインをお願いしたところ、お部屋に通して頂き一休みできました。涼んで元気を取り戻し、観光再開！　本当に助かりました。 お部屋も綺麗、そして朝ごはんが大変美味しかったです根城の目の前、行きたかったお店も近くでとても満足しました。

コロナの影響もあり、朝食ビュッフェは無かったですが、満足に過ごせました。 近辺では比較的価格が高いのも納得できる快適さでした。浴場からは彦根城が見え、満足でした。 清潔度も問題ないと思います。

ロケーション抜群でコンパクトだけれど不足の無いホテル。お風呂からの眺めが最高です。温泉では無いのに何度も入りたくなる。お風呂上がりのドリンクサービスもゆったり素敵な眺望とともに楽しめて良かったです。
