The staff were very polite and spoke to us in Japanese. The room was clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable. Other than the fact that the shower temperature was hard to adjust and the water pressure was a little weak, it was really comfortable. They replaced the towels and water even though we didn't ask for the room to be cleaned. The location is also good, and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it was convenient to take the bus directly from Incheon Airport. I would like to use it again when I come to Gangnam.

we love this hotel very much..the best so far in Seoul! love the efficiency of the room where we can store our luggage below the bed :) bathroom very nice, has a bathtub and sophisticated toilet. aircon can be used as heater as well..and we got city view..the best! definitely will stay again in all toyoko inn hotel chain!
