Tempat tinggal nyaman dan bersih, tapi refund deposit sangat lama, very bad. Mereka cakap hari yang sama refund deposit tampi sampai sekarang deposit tak masuk.

The services were up to the mark while the accommodations system appeared to be one of the bests. The Robertson by Urban Suites contained almost all the modern amenities. The rooms were top class, Very clean well decorated with some exceptional and stunning furniture. The staffs and crew members were genuinely cordial with their service. Most Especially Mr. Rahad Went out of his way (s) to make sure my stay was comfortable. All in all, It was one of the most Memorable stays I have ever had. Definitely worth every penny and I would LOVE to stay there again Never felt like I was out of my home.

When we arrived, the unit wasn't ready. But from the property we were replaced by Swiss Gardes Residence. And get an even bigger room. Thank you

Last manage the owner change to another apartment which far and TV not functioning. Really sad.

Pengalaman check in yang sangat mengecewakan. Pesawat saya malam, sehingga baru tengah malam dapat sampai ke Kuala Lumpur, dan baru sekitar pukul 01.00 akan melakukan check in. Namun ternyata Urban Suites tidak memiliki kios/gerai pelayanan untuk check in, mereka hanya memiliki agent personal yang melayani check in dan check out. Sehingga ketika akan check in saya merasa kebingungan, bahkan ketika menelepon layanan telepon yang tersedia, nomor telepon layanan unitnya tidak tersambung, menunggu hingga nyaris pk 03.00 dengan meminta bantuan travel agent pun tidak bisa check in, hingga akhirnya kami putus asa dan mencari penginapan lainnya dan baru keesokan harinya pukul 12.00 siang kami dapat jawaban bahwa kunci unit dapat diambil di box dekat pintu masuk Apartment, dengan kondisi bahwa kami telah melakukan pemesanan hotel lainnya. Sungguh pengalaman yang sangat mengecewakan!

Cleanlines is very poor, toilet was very dirty and bad smelly. Not recommended. We are so frustrated. Because this is not my first time staying there.

Well supposed to be I'm in robertson that's why I book in this place but sad to say agent call me that's there an issue in robertson so I transfer in swiss garden residence even I don't like I don't have choice because I'm with my stuff's .. And after agent and I are agreed to transfer in robertson next day .. Then I just woke up around 1:30pm today and the agent want me to rushing my things to move in that place .. W** I'm not super hero to packs all my things and then he said I'm not able to transfer today ... This is f*ck*ng ridiculous... I'm not happy and very dissapointed in this issue...

Here the service is very good, what else with the current conditions of service in this apartment is very satisfying. The condition of the unit is also very clean & complete with kitchen equipment.

So clean and comfortable. The rooms are bigger than I expect, so delighted to be back here someday. Thanks

It's fun, it will definitely come back, new appartments, complete facilities, complete cooking utensils to the star hill, grab rm 5-7 only.
