Poor service and air conditioner malfunctions during sleep

Haven’t had a chance to wander around, so 3* is a standard default mark. Also, the room didn’t seem to be the one we booked, perhaps they just gave us the least favorite room in whole building. Bed is very small, badly enough place for two people. Some shady characters in the foyer in the night.

Excellent reception greeting, nice rooms. We would have preferred a licensed premises but not usual for this area anyway.

I hoped to gave them 5 stars but they disappointed me I have been in uzungol for a full day trip when I returned to my room I found it same as I left it I talked to the staff they said "sorry" I told them sorry is not enough...the problem wasn't solved and they didn't cleaning anything

not good because they didn’t clean the room until 8 pm and i put the sign from 9 am also room no 115 very noisy from the hall reception every body talk in hall the voice in room

Far away from Trabzon Center, but spacious & great view. You have market, café, & 2 restaurants in the same building. Great place for long stays

Excellent Hotel

We paid $5 per day per room for the sea facing rooms, which was worth it. They charged $5 per person for breakfast which was not worth it. A set breakfast of mainly several types of cheese, an egg, olives, a very small quantity of salad. A lot of people cant eat cheese. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean. Internet was so so. Staff was courteous and spoke English. It is half hour taxi ride cost 250 lira from Trabzon city there one should stay there only if specially interested in Arakli. Bus ride is cheap but very slow and crowded.

We stayed at Royal comfort hotel during our honeymoon, it was amazing. The room was big and cozy, bathroom was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a breathtaking sea view. The food was delicious Service is excellent Overall it was a brilliant experience Highly recommended!

I stayed at Royal Comfort for 2 nights for business and leisure combined. The name speaks for itself; I was really comfortable and felt like royalty during my stay. ​ The front desk staff were excellent ---especially Mr. Uğur, who was very professional and accommodating during the check in process. The hotel is brand new and it shows. My room faced the Black Sea and had a cute small balcony. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed and then some for a comfortable stay (from a vanity kit to shoe polish). The bed was very comfortable. The rain shower in the bathroom was a treat. Complimentary bottles of water and hot beverages were appreciated. I had to spend almost an entire day in the room for work, and I felt very comfortable. Finally, Royal Comfort has a very spacious roof top restaurant and cafe. I had all my meals there. The food (especially the "Golden burger") was excellent! I also loved the Latte cake and Turkish tea from the cafe section for a 3 PM pick me up. All in all, Royal Comfort hotel was the perfect choice for my trip, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stay was amazing , we totally liked it. Comfortable bed, nothing wasn't bothering us. Room size us amazing

The hotel was far away from the city center and far away from the tour agencies. The charges from the hotel to city center is more than 100 TL.

They call it comfort but it’s really not noisy at the night kids crying you can’t sleep also the room service employees they rude and they don’t even clean and always come late at 4 or 5 to clean when it’s the time for us to relax the the only good thing there is the restaurant and their staff they nice and welcoming they also have a good food , and the view it’s beautiful up there but I don’t recommend this hotel since everything is far from it trabzon is around 60 kilometres uzongul around the same haha so i don’t recommend this for you guys
