Overall Ratings & Reviews 1 Bedroom Deluxe Condo at Apartelle D' Oasis

We booked and paid on November 16, 2023 for a 1 night stay on November 21-22, 2023. We arrived late at already almost 7pm at the condo because we had travelled from Kidapawan. Along the way at 6pm, we called the number of the owner/agent indicated in our booking so as to ask about our stay. Sadly, the owner/agent did not know that we are coming even if we have booked and paid 5 days ahead. She also did not entertain us nicely during phone calls. Even if we arrived late than the scheduled check-in, we still have to wait like about 30 mins in the guard area before we have finally checked in. We hope next time, the owner/agent will try their best to entertain their clients well and make sure to check if there are advance bookings so as not to prejudice their clients. On the other side, the room was clean and spacious.

The accommodation is very accessible and comfy, the host is very accomodating. But not the travelooka they did not send my voucher right away, will not use this apps again.
