Nice room and hotel, but their parking is not connected to the hotel lobby and room.

First time to stay here with my family. The place is clean and they follow safety protocols. My kids loved the pool! We all enjoyed the buffet breakfast. There were a lot of choices and the food was great! Will be coming back for sure!

The staff are quite lacking courtesy. And check-out. No staff standing in front of the counter in the morning makes it difficult to check out.

The place was great but we had the worst front desk assistance. The two ladies that were on duty around 10pm was so rude and it seems like they don't want to book us with the two rooms we got. Don't want to go back because of the two front desk employees.
