All around nice people ! Clean rooms and easy access to the beach and restaurants!

Great location, friendly staff and new and clean facilities. We stayed very cool during a heat wave.

Small modern hotel on the Ostia coast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was amazing; outstanding selections. The hotel has an agreement with a private beach area across the street. The chairs and umbrellas are NOT included and cost extra but it was totally worth it to not use the public beach area. Airport shuttles are an extra charge but nice and timely. This is the perfect place for a few nights on the beach. The AC actually works well and was able to cool out room appropriately. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for one night before we flew home back to the states! The hotel was quiet, comfortable for a family of 4. There were 2 rooms.

This was a lovely boutique-style hotel right across the street from the beach. The decor was modern. Our hotel room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy. The views from the rooftop terrace were amazing! There were numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

lovely hotel. great staff - very helpful and informative. location is good, nice beaches, wonderful dining promenade with great restaurants. a short train ride to Ostia Antica (Ancient Ostia), Roman town that was a merchant port during the height of the Roman empire (think Pompeii without the crowds). all in all a wonderful destination.

Awesome experience here! Great breakfast, excellent service and room cleaned every day. 10/10 recommend!

Location was very close to the beach. However, the room was small and hot.

The staff went out of there way to assist anytime we needed assistance and advise for tourism. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many options.

The hotel and its staff were wonderful! The staff was very helpful and the area was great, right across from the sea and a short walk from several restaurants.

Very trendy very artistic. Newer building. Next to the beach and walkable to all the all the restaurants. Over all it was a good stay however this hotel didn’t wow me. That said this looks like it’s the nicest in ostia.

Private beach access across the street was awesome...the rooftop area has great views...I wish the bar was open all day...the tv setup in the room isn't ideal...breakfast was ok, but would benefit if there were more selections

Where do I start… first of all there’s absolutely nothing around this property. Second of all our room was SO DIRTY still. Toilet was not clean, someone clearly used the bathroom before our stay. The toilet still had urine stains on it. On top of that, there was a trail of ants throughout our whole stay there. We had a few pieces of hair on our bathroom counter and out bed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. UNACCEPTABLE.
