Food wasn’t good. Could use some renovations.

The accommodation is set on a private reserve about 20min drive south of Hoedspruit. The good thing about the private reserve is you can walk around it and see wild animals that are harmless without a guide. There are bush walks and the perimeter fence has views into a game reserve where you will see greater animals like giraffes, hyenas etc. I felt safe all the time. The service and food from the onsite staff was exceptional and you get a great sense of community but also isolated from all the worries of the world. I could stay here for weeks.

The lodge is incredibly comfy and the staff was always Carrying a smile and ready to help!
