Lovely hotel and a good location Friendly staff and the areas and room were clean and it was very quiet The room was nice with aircon, the bathroom was spacious and had a lovely overhead shower but with only opaque glass separating it from the room, it may not be the choice with overly private couples….it wasn’t a problem for us but just wanted to put it out there The parking is offsite about a 10 minute walk away which is a public under cover car park but they have a deal that you only pay their rates not the car park rates We did have an issue in that the ticket they gave didn’t work so we ended up having to pay full price to get out of the car park but the hotel refunded us without any problem

Europa is a mid-range hotel in the newer section of the city. The accommodations are basic, but ok. The breakfast is basic, but ok. Prior to the arrival, the hotel repeatedly sent us messages regarding its restictive check-in times and payment policy. On several occasions we tried to call them with payment, but the phone wasn't answered. The main issue we have with this property is regarding security. We were given one electronic cardkey, which had both the hotel name and the room number on it. That's a huge risk, if the key gets lost. A light outside the room door illuminates red or green, depending on whether the electronic cardkey is in the slot inside the room. That clearly shows if the guests are in or out. So, if you dropped the key on the street, there's now a clear security risk. The safe inside the room was apparently attached to a thin backing on the back wall of the wardrobe. "Apparently", because in our room it was thorn out of the wall, revealing a big hole in the backing of the wardrobe -- and being completely loose. Not terribly effective for a small safe.

Very close to everything and clean. The bed was comfortable. Most staff members were very nice. (One younger woman was not.) we asked for 2 keys so my husband could take an early morning walk while I sleep. She said no. Bathroom really afforded no privacy. Very noisy on street at midnight and then at 3:00.

Could do with providing tea or coffee to buy need to the restaurant across the road.

Clean, comfortable and quite room. Outstanding staff service. Breakfast is a must particularly for the variety of high-quality olive oil. Location is excellent: close to bus station, city center and train station. Plenty of local restaurants nearby.

Definitely the helpful reception staff are what pulls this by itself relatively mediocre hotel to a be much higher appreciated. Breakfast was okay, and made in a unique way very COVID safe. Rooms were moderately normal sized for Spain.

Pros: staff is friendly and breakfast consists of a good spread. Cons: room strongly smelled like cleaning product when we arrived (it is good that it is clean but not to have to inhale the product) and parking is offsite and not free.

Room had a strong cleaning product smell when we walked in so we opened our window. We were on the first floor with the window facing the street and could hear the customers at the restaurant across the street well into the night since we wanted our window open. Good location but parking is not included and is a 5-10 minute walk. It is cheaper to pay at the site directly if you will be going in and out or staying less than 24 hours. Staff was friendly. Due to COVID you have to sign up for a breakfast time. Breakfast included a variety of items to chose from.

I stayed a total of 5 days while I was looking for a place to live. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions about the city. The location was close to the bus station and the city center. I would definitely stay here again.

Hello, I came to your hotel on the 1st of January 2020, when i arrived the room was different from the picture ,too small, stinks of sex and toilet sewage smells ,i came down i told the girl that i don't like the room that rooms stinks she should have it changed to another room she laughed at me and said this is the only room available i told her i can't stay in that smelling room and she said she will charge me for full days when i didn't stay not even one day not even trying to understand or say sorry she was rude and arrogant to me maybe because the saying Black boys sale shoes on the road in streets of jean capital she was laughing thinking i am one. Please i want my money back i beg you in the name of God or will let the whole world know what you have done taking money from my account without my authorization when it was not my fault only i was giving a smelling room and only room . Nice location. The room was large and had a patio. The breakfast was OK with five kinds of olive oil. The safe was broken and there waa no kettle or coffee maker.

Good value. Parking a problem as they said I hadn’t booked a space. Had to park on the road. Very central.

The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been better, but with all the temptations of the local restaurants, we weren't that hungry in the mornings. The hotel is perfectly placed for the main part of town.

The room was comfortable, the parking was a bit of a hike away from the hotel and we had trouble getting the ticket to work both days to get our car out. Otherwise the hotel was in a good location and it was a fine place to stay.
