Friendly staff, very clean, supermarket across the road and walking distance to beach and restaurants

I would not rate this property 4 stars. The ‘all inclusive’ was very limited. The dining area is very small with only a few choices at meal times. The walk to the beach was unpleasant. The hotel is on a noisy main road. I think the pictures are not a realistic reflection of how the hotel looks

the front desk Arpyro was great made evey thing easy .Also Maria The bard tenders Alex and Chris werwe grea great .

My partner and I stayed for one week with our 5yr old son. Hotel was nice, staff all very friendly, smiley and happy to help. Pool was clean, room was clean apart from under beds. A lot of people seem to go all inclusive at this hotel, we went half board. This meant they use cheap soft drinks so you can't get a coca cola for example. Supermarket is very close though. Would be nice to make the pool bar into a bar you can sit at during the day instead of a serving counter as it is at the moment with table and chair seating only. Bar staff and kitchen staff very friendly. 5 minute walk to the beach, not the nicest of beaches but it was ok. Much better beaches around. 1€ per person to get bus into Rethimno. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend. Our only complaint was our bed was like concrete, our sons bed was better so uck of the draw I guess.

Nice boutique hotel - great location - 5 km from Rethymno. Nice rooms, quiet, helpful staff, amazing food offering. Nice pool area. The hotel does not have it's own beach, but it is 7 minutes walk from the property. Highly recommend.

Well maintained hotel. It's outside of the city proper, but easy to access the city. It was a little noisy, but otherwise no complaints.

Hôtel très bien décoré, adapté aux enfants avec 2 piscines. Chambre spacieuse : nous avions une chambre familiale avec vue sur la piscine, au top. Buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et dîner varié et très bien cuisiné. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute. La directrice parle français ce qui est très appréciable. Seul bémol sur les finitions notamment dans la chambre qui ne fait pas 4 étoiles.

Schönes und ruhiges Hotel jenseits des Massentourismus. Hervorragendes Frühstück und Abendessen, toller Service und eine saubere und gepflegte Anlage fußläufig zum Strand.

Fint hotell som ändå var hyfsat litet o mysigt. Bra pool område o nära till havet och en liten stad med mat o några butiker. Bussen gick till Rethymno och kostade 1.2€. Det enda som var lite "negativt" var att det var väldigt lyhört från korridoren utanför men då det endast var ca 10 rum i en korridor så funkade det ändå. Sen kunde man inte ha AC igång när man inte var i rummet så när det var dags o sova fick man köra AC under tiden. Fanns sleep mode som var lite tystare men AC satt vid huvudändan av sängen så den blåste kallt rakt på en när vi skulle sova. Annars är vi super nöjda med vår vistelse. Vi hade inte all inclusive men fanns inte massa alternativ i baren så vi är nöjda med det valet. Finns många bra resturanger i närheten med mycket bättre mat än hotellets. Mycket variation på frukosten med allt från mackor, ägg, pannkakor, yoghurt o flingor, omelett, frukt så finns något för alla

Poor parking space. Busy street and no pedestrian crossing nearby. Good pool area. Had to buy drinks at dinner. Poor quality of food. No soundproofing in the room doors. All noise comes from the corridors and other rooms.

Hôtel très bien. Tout service sur place. Très jolis extérieurs. Très propre. Seul bémol c’est qu’à notre étage il y a eu beaucoup de bruit la première nuit des gens qui n’ont pas respectés. Une porte donnant sur l’extérieur était cassé. Et du coup il y a beaucoup de vent qui s’infiltrait dans le couloir.

L’équipe de l’hôtel est très agréable, le seul défaut est un vrai problème d’insonorisation ( inexistante) on entend tout les bruits des autres chambres, couloirs, extérieurs… etc….

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, dass war sehr laut. Da hätten wir gar nicht schlafen können. Zum Glück haben wir dann in der zweiten Nacht ein Zimmer zum Pool bekommen, dann war es auch noch nicht optimal, aber besser. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant könnte auch noch verbessert werden. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Reception war klasse. 👋👋 Sind immer auf Fragen eingegangen .

Bel hôtel, très bon accueil effectué par la directrice de l établissement qui en plus parle français. La chambre est spacieuse et moderne. Le petit déjeuner de qualité et varié.

Great staff, beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. Only more fresh fruit would have been nicer for breakfast.

Établissement tres agreable, personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Les parties communes sont bien entretenue et la piscine vraiment au top. Belle et grande plage à proximité immédiate. Les buffets petits déjeuner et diner de qualité et bien garnis. Rien à redire, je recommande

Hôtel magnifique superbement décoré avec une incroyable piscine et le buffet pour les repas. Seuls bémols chambre très mal insonorisée j’entendais tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et la climatisation au dessus de ma tête envoyait des jets d’eau. Il y a très peu de places pour se garer
