Charming hotel perfectly located near major tourist spots and shopping. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Rooftop bar is fantastic with a stunning view of the Vatican. Would absolutely book here again!

Great location with clean rooms, great staff and good breakfast. Room was small (smaller than advertised) with few places to plug in electronics.

We have just checked out this hotel. We’ve booked a two bedroom “family room” which suit our needs perfectly. They are not big but are well appointed and clean. Showers work nicely. Ideal location away from busiest zones but walkable to everywhere. Decent breakfast and I see that the staff there works hard to serve guests well (although they do not smile or speak much, which may be the reason why some guests take it as a less pleasant experience). Plenty of fruits everyday! Small points but if (a) there are clocks inside the room/shower room (b) oat milk or soya milk are available that would be even better!

On our first day, we had a hygiene issue with the room. Upon reporting it to reception, we were offered another room but at an additional cost of 50 Euros. After some negotiation, we got shifted to another room free of cost. This set the tone of our experience… The breakfast in this hotel is very limited and didn't meet our expectations. There was no signage on the dishes and options were limited. Breakfast ends at 10:30AM. Despite arriving at 10AM, the bread had finished and when asked whether it would be refilled they said that's all that's left - small bread bites. The breakfast room was very dull and limited in space. Overall, the location is great, walking distance to almost all attractions, public transport and supermarket is also nearby. The staff at this hotel was generally friendly and welcoming.

Perfect location, within walking distance to most attractions. It was my partners birthday and the hotel were amazing and upgraded our room to a suite. Even though there is so much to do in Rome it was always a pleasure to get back to the hotel to relax.

The hotel was above our expectations it was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the receptionists were extremely informative about accessing Rome. Best experience to date from any hotels previously visited.

Perfect location. Roof top bar and clean rooms. They are small and not suitable for business travelers. Otherwise we would stay again.

The hotel is indide of a comercial building !But they show a picture of Fontain Treví 👎that is 5 blocks from the hotel !Breakfast is very poor with artificial fruit juices !The shower drain got clogged and there was no one to fix it 👎!I have to open the drain and fix it myself 😤!Stay away

Good stuff chaps

The staff was amazing with letting us check in early and upgrading one of the rooms. The rooms were well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Close walking distance to a Metro and easy to Trevi Fountains, Pantheon and lots of shopping. Very quiet hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, Oana @reception was absolutely amazing and very professional, very appreciative for an upgrade. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to brag about. Service genuine and very accommodating. Definitely recommend. More English TV channels, please.

The hotel is nothing as in the pic , just s floor in building .The room so called de lux is unbelievably small with glass door in the bathroom snd fhe door that even woudnt nr open outside . No provacy .No noise or smell prevention We get the room infront thr frsk , noise all night long . The working stuff are polite, no doubt .Beside that , the place is much overpriced.

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast on the roof, great view but a bit uncomfortable. The tables are too low and so is the temperature.
