Air conditioning was great , room was clean and the staff where very nice

The hotel is dangerous. I would never ever stay here again. The types of people I saw lurking and staying there really frightened me. Staff go into your room when your not there and steal from you. Bookings are not honoured flat out the staff and management are so lazy they still have Christmas decorations up in April. It's the worst place I have ever been in my life. This hotel should be closed down

The room had cockroaches in the bathroom. The stairwells was not clean.

Conveniently located and perfect for a quick, efficient overnight stay. The carpark was also very convenient, with direct access to the rooms. The room and bathroom were impressively clean. There was a bit of a musty smell when we first entered, but the air cleared as soon as we turned on the air conditioning. I especially appreciated that the bathroom didn't steam up after a shower! The bed was comfortable, though worth noting it’s two singles joined together (fine as long as you don't sleep right in the middle). The "kitchenette"was well-stocked with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and even tea/coffee/milk. Don’t expect a view, but for a late arrival and early departure, the key safe made everything seamless. Very reliable and tidy.

It was an average stay; lacks lift (not ideal for heavy suitcase/s), and don't recall being informed of this until after booking. Television remote didn't work, so once on couldn't switch off/ change channel- unless out of bed and behind the device.

Had someone open the door without knocking. Had a plumber turn the water off without any notice. Almost 2 hours without water.

room was basic , bathroom was good , great hot water and pressure, bed was average but slept okay only spent 6 hours so did the job for a quick stop over

Stayed one night nice room with very comfy bed.

The room including the bathroom was clean. Had all amenities and basic needs and even coffee and water. The location was ideal since it was close to shops and cafes and the surroundings were nice. The staff was friendly, attentive and had regular room service. Had a pleasant stay :)

Checked in late and the code didn’t work but there was a nice lady there who helped me!!

Convenient in terms of location. The whole complex needs more than a clean, renovation

Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Building is old and rooms are very plain but fine for just a stopover or short stay.
