Clean room Would stay again

Was ok to spend a night !

It was very nice

Check out is 11am I asked reception if I could stay till noon and was told ok …. I popped out the room to collect my freezer packs no one available … went back to the room and my room key would not open the door because it was after 11am … I called the ‘emergency number’ but only called the reception desk luckily a cleaner appeared and opened the room door and got my freezer packs out of the freezer …

Firstly it was slightly confusing to have two hotels with the same name in the same locality. Eventually I found the correct one, room was nice but no bottled water except in the vending machine at airport prices. Fire doors squeaked loudly during the night, bedside shelf was drooping so I couldn’t rest anything on it safely and getting the shower to an acceptable temperature was very time consuming. Although this sounds very negative the room was nice and good value for money, so not overly disappointed but with a little more care it would have improved a lot!

Room was clean and inviting, staff as always wre very polite and efficient

Good value for money

It was perfect. Nice and cozy close to the airport. Only issue I had was a few spiderwebs in the roof.

From the start we was greeted warmly even tho we arrived later in the evening. It was very quick to be seen and checked in .the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The room was a very generous size more then whatyoud expect from any hotel room. Shower was lovely and the room its self was clean . Checking out was just as straightforward. Very happy experience planning on checking in her again inthe future

Very welcoming on my arrival, very unexpected for the price. Just a 10 minute drive from Gatwick. I will definitely recommend this property.

Everything was fine

Amenities would be nice to have a bar or a place to get food in the evening Room was very very hot had to put the fan on couldn’t find any heating controls in the room Breakfast was average bacon wasn’t cooked enough and smelt funny

Overall we had a good stay with all the amenities you would require and more. The location is perfect for an overnight stay however the sound proofing could be better or was it just noisey neighbours this time. They were talking all night and enjoying them selves.

Great place for a stay. Quiet and cozy. Would definitely recommend.
