The hosts got in touch AFTER we had booked and paid, the morning we were leaving to go, demanding a huge sum for a cleaning fee. We were only staying 2 nights and the info said there was an optional fee but the hosts were demanding more than double or else they wouldn't give us access to the apartment. We questioned this but the hosts refused to respond other than to send emails demanding payment by bank transfer only or they wouldn't release check in details. Hotels com were unable to reach them as the phone number given is not valid. We were stranded so had to pay, which cost us extra in bank fees. Then I had to email proof of payment. They finally sent me a link, to create an account on their own platform, to watch a video that showed how to enter the building. This apartment should NOT be listed. Not only that but the apartment wasn't even clean! It smelt of drains and there was stale bread in the cupboard. The walls were also paper thin and the windows were covered with film preventing you from seeing out. There are better apartments. This one should be avoided.

The place was fantastic. It is easy to get around and it has everything I need. It has a laundry machine which is nice if you are travelling light. The place was a bit cold because we did not know that there was a wireless temperature control. We found out on the third night when we call the person in charge.

Carino, pulito e caldo. Posizione perfetta in pieno centro storico. Unica problema è che non ha una presa elettrica nel bagno...
