The check in would have been great if I had have been on top of it. No one is at the property, there are no markings for “ Colors” hotel, and check in is a few blocks away and we had no internet…that said. If you want a room in a very old, very beat up apartment complex, with an exceptionally hard bed and Damaged wood floors that tear your socks., then this is the place for you. It also has nice hot water and a great air conditioner.

First to know is that you must climb various numbers of steps to get to the entry. Second there are no instructions on how to use the TV remotes nor the heat/air conditioner remote. It was fine to sleep and have our morning coffee there. The shower was fine except that the shower head holder was not fixed in place which complicated taking a shower. The frig was good, the beds comfortable and we enjoyed being in a city neighborhood rather than a tourist area.

Location was great. Very central. Its what you expect in a lot of these front door leading to worn courtyard then up stairs places. Courtyard very worn and old. But once inside entrance to rooms its very well presented. Dislikes = 1. Only window looked out on dark stairwell, had to keep curtain closed as people could see strait in. 2. Single pull out chair bed very hard to sleep on. Thin foam mattress. 3. Battery light by pull out bed didnt work.

I would have given the rating a zero, but the room was actually nice. Everything else was a zero. This is NOT a hotel it is a room for rent. There is nothing about this facility that would justify it as a hotel. No lobby, no elevator, everything leading to the room was horrible. The front door looks like it was attacked by a badger, graffiti was on the walls immediately outside the front door. When you walk into the hallway at night it is pitch black and need a flashlight to make sure you do not trip up the stairs. To gain access you have to walk 5 blocks from the room, during business hours, to get the passcode, which is not fun with lots of luggage, stairs were filthy dirty, the courtyard needs to be weedwacked before it can be weeded. There has been no effort to make the appearance of this location ascetically pleasing

El cuarto es lindo, cómodo y aseado. Nos gustó mucho pero el edificio donde está ubicado está en muy malas condiciones y cuando uno llega se lleva una mala impresión. Por dentro es otra cosa.

The reservation said check in was at 2. We planned the whole day to get there and be able to leave our things and change as we were only staying for such a short time in Budapest ( not even a day). When we got there reception said it was ready at 3 and the reason why it said 2 in my reservation was because I requested it and it was denied ( I have never requested early check in I think its unnecessary). This made us loose a lot of time as we had to drop off our things in the office ( which mind you is not where the room was and the address on the reservation was completely different to the office, they sent a text with it but it should be stated in the actual reservation), then walk around come back to grab out stuff, change and rush to our reservation. I think instructions could be cleared from the beginning. Room was very clean and comfortable it was just the getting there part that coulee been way easier

I liked that it was a nice, clean, quiet place and was close to the airport bus.

Great location - near the center of the transit network and around the corner from one of my but still quiet.

The team were very communicative and met us promptly at the door (thought there was a late check in fee). The location was impossible to beat, so close to main transport around the city, as well as being located centrally near the restaurants, bars and cafes in Pest. It was also easy to get to and from the airport. The room itself was spacious and quiet. The bedding was very hard and the sheets were relatively rough which was the only downside. Overall we had a lovely experience.

I should have read the reviews thoroughly. There are no blinds or blackout curtains so you’ll be hit by the sun early morning. The walls are very thin so expect to hear the cleaning ladies vacuum early morning as well. There is also a nasty smell from the bathroom toilet. The location is great but that is about it. Not worth the price if you ask me.

Overall our experience was good. We did come in on a Friday night and there was a lot of banging at the main door and the door directly leading to the set of rooms. Other than that everything was safe. We had one big bed and one single bed. The single bed was similar to a piece of wood rather than a mattress.

Great location. The process of checking in was not great. Doesn’t feel very safe as a female traveller. There’s no front desk and it’s very unclear where you are supposed to go. I showed up at an apartment building that was deserted and creepy. There was a phone number to call but if you only have an esim and have not downloaded WhatsApp then there is no way of communicating with them. I waited about 30 minutes and was considering finding another place to stay because I did not think there would be a way to check in. Eventually a man showed up and let me in. The room itself looks like the pictures. Definitely not sound proofed.

Very clean and well situated. Kitchen was basic but sufficient for a short stay. Property description refers to black out curtains and sound proofing but had neither. Not street noise, noise from other apartments. Also booked a queen bed which was 2 singles together. Mattress was very solid so between that, the light and the noise it wasn’t a very restful stay!

The room itself is ok, clean but with a few areas needing attention. However, it's in a terribly run down building with junk right outside the door (see pictures) and noisy neighbours that keep you awake until late and wake you up first thing. It also felt very unsafe there. Certainly not for single female travellers. Very disappointed and could not wait to leave. The pictures look great but the room we received looked nothing like the one booked. The person managing the property was polite and professional. But that aside, if you want a relaxing trip you will need to book elsewhere.

A little bit difficult to initially find the check in area. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the fridge in our room. They couldn't fix the fridge so quickly moved us into another apartment, the maintenance man even helped us to move our things :) Apartment was a short walk from the check in area but the map they supplied us with was easy to follow. Great area, close to sights and restaurants. Apartment was clean and a/c was very a huge bonus especially when the temps were in excess of 90F! Great value for money. Would stay here again.

We arrived late from our original time, but Budapest Holidays were able to accmodate us, and even upgraded our stay to another apartment because of a last minute facility issue. The upgraded apartment was easily accesible by lift, and we made use of the air con as it was extremely hot during our stay. The property was immaculate, secure, and seemed brand new. It was also close to Metro and bus connections, as well as a short walk to the Jewish quarter where the famous Ruin Bars are mostly located. Check out was a breeze, and we were able to store our luggage at their main office location nearby. Great location and property overall.
