Great hotel location near shopping, metro and grocery store. Friendly staff. Very Firm bed which I did not like.

Staff extremely helpful with luggage problem relation to flight into Lisbon. I can't thank them enough.

It rained the whole time. Front desk aren’t very helpful when asked for guide around. We lost our money for a tour because no one can assist us. Will not stay here again

They only offered breakfast in the morning that wasn't included, they did not offer dinner in their hotel, so had to go somewhere else or uber eats something.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent room pricing. Located near the metro station and walking distance to night life. I enjoyed my stay; however, the bed was very firm. ( A plus for those who, unlike me, prefer very firm beds.)

This hotel turned out to be the best choice for my stay in Lisbon! The room was a decent size, clean and with good water pressure in the shower and they also have an amazing breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were all amazing and helpful. I was celebrating my birthday and they surprised me with cake and fruit plates....what a wonderful surprise! And the location was in good proximity to ahopping, great restaurants and to Liberty Avenue. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Nice and clean, modern. Breakfast was good. The only slight drawback was location wasn’t the best but with a bus stop into centre and waterfront and a metro a five minute walk turned out not to be the end of the world.

Clean and excellent room. Upgraded to bigger bed on arrival. Excellent staff. Helped with directions to sights and night life. Centrally located super easy to use uber and metro. WiFi fast and easy to use. TV huge variety of channels, lots of English. Cleaning staff friendly and do great work.

Adequate and safe. Very well located. Not the Ritz, but I would go back. The room shown on the picture at Expedia is ten times better than the one we've got.

Exe Liberdade is such a nice hotel, polite staff always able to help or give u advices. Options in breakfast so good, delicious!. Room always cleaned, cozy and nice bathroom. I felt like I was at home. Shops, restaurants, bus stops, and big avenue Liberdade is closeby. So u can walk around to feel yourself part of Lisbon. 100% recommended

Great walkable location. Quiet room.

We stayed for the last night of our Portugal holiday at this hotel. It was a welcome retreat after a day driving. No chance to experience amenities or the breakfast. The rooms were a bit tight but clean with everything you need in a hotel room. Didn’t hear a peep from any other rooms. We found free street parking easily but the hotel also has parking for a price.
