it’s OK-ish all around. Pretty good for an Ibis Cute-ish room, perfect for a single traveler. Open bathroom concept may be challenging for people sharing. Not much of a closet. The outside could use some cleaning. Friendly staff. Direct access to the beach

This hotel is in a great location , the beach is right out back the staff is great and very welcoming and friendly, the room is clean and comfortable! I like this hotel and think it could be a really gem but the exterior of the building really needs some attention like a new color and paint , the grounds definitely need improvement too !

Absolutely mesmerising. The proximity to the beach, the infinity swimming pool , eating out in a natural beautiful garden.,, also having access to the body treatments such as hammam make this hotel truly stand out. I am in love with it

Near the beach

Location was great and walkable to the main dining options. Parking was free and convenient on the property. Breakfast was €13 and was good variety. The rooms were clean and tidy. However the bathroom/shower situation left little to no privacy. There was just a curtain between the shower and the beds. You have to wear a swim cap in the pool, so we didn’t even get to use it.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Staff was very polite. Just a shame due to Covid the pool was closed, but we were informed personally some days ago as they called us!

Very welcoming staff. Nice location and amenities. Kettle in the room would be nice however I understand Ibis doesn't usually provides one in the room. All staff speak English which was very helpful and the food in the restaurant was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and secure, good breakfast, mainly excellent service, walk onto the beach from the hotel, what more could you ask for?

Bel établissement tout proche de la plage avec terrasse extérieure. Chambres propres et rénovées. Bémol : notre chambre au rez de chaussée avait une salle d'eau ouverte, juste séparée par un rideau. De plus l'entrée de la chambre donne sur un couloir ouvert sur le parking de l'hôtel, façon motel. Les prestations du restaurant de l'hôtel sont moyennes pour le prix. Néanmoins il y a de nombreux autres restaurants un peu plus loin vers le centre de La Capte.

Hotel très correct Accueillant, aimable, serviable et respectueux. Les chambres sont nettoyées un peu tardivement, mais avec changement de serviettes dans l’esprit écologique. Accueil Thalasso très sympathique et agréable.Soins bien effectués, avec attention et professionnalisme. Très bonne réception et cordiales relations avec les professionnels de la piscine a l’eau de mer. Au total, séjour agréable a recommander en toute confiance . Y compris pour les repas et les petits dejo. En avril, penser à se couvrir avec des coups de vent frais et parfois un ptdr pluie.

Accueil et situation parfaite. Un plus serait de revoir le mobilier de la terrasse pour le petit dejeuner, un peut vieillissant.

Établissement bien situé, services professionnels restauration et réception.bien reçu. Pour la thalasso, superbe expérience... personnels très compétents. A refaire

+ Personnel agréable à l'accueil mais moins souriant au restaurant, dommage !!! + Chambre bien insonorisée mais les matelas des lits glissent sur les sommiers ce qui désagréable lorsque le client bouge et peut, à tout moment, se retrouver par terre. + Petit-déjeuner convenable mais menu de la 1/2 pension peu varié d'un soir sur l'autre (un seul plat change). + La piscine, utilisée en fin de journée ou le matin, a été très appréciée.

J'ai rarement vu un personnel aussi accueillant et professionnel, je recommande vivement cette hôtel 10 étoiles 🌟
