Our first night the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. Maintenance came by and said they could fix it the next day which was unacceptable due to we had yogurt and milk for the kids which would go bad. Maintenance came back with another refrigerator after11:00pm. The next day while watching a movie the TV would go back to the start page on the fire stick. After renting a fire stick we were able to see the TV with no issues. We come to the Pocono Villas often and have a really great time. This is the first time we have had an issue. Everyone is so nice and respond to any concerns we may have. We look forward to coming back again next month.

Amazing property with great facilities and friendly staff . The property/ villa was in mint condition and very spacious. I highly recommend this property without any reservations.

Stayed in the renovated location it was great but the mattresses were not comfortable.

I would not recommend staying here. Staff at check in office are on some strange power trip. The resort fee is outrageous, the gutters have plants growing out of 2 ft high- the units are covered in algae and mold, I had giant spider crickets in my room, you hear every tiny peep from neighboring units. It was a very overpriced less than average stay. I felt like I was in the projects.

The house was clean and well maintained would’ve returned

The area is nice. The buildings and surrounding facilities need a bit more maintenance. Staff are friendly.

Renovated townhouse was great. Some of amenities were closed for renovations. Overall a good experience.

Me and my family have sit on this property several times and we always love it and have a great time. The property is very well kept, clean and quiet. There are also plenty of activities to do on the resort itself.
