It was just ok

Fantastic location. Cant beat it. Its in the heartbeat if everything. Its a no brainer for me soecially after visiting. I would definetly be returning when visiting thr city again

Great location, a bit noisy for being downtown, wonderful breakfast buffet, staff is helpful.

Perfect location!

From the moment we stepped into our room, you could say the owner/management takes pride in their hotel and service. This was proven by the mouthwatering breakfast next morning. Great location, but parking might be a problem. I ended up parking at the museum parking which was 8-10 minute walking distance.

The staff was very attentive to any request, the guy that took our siutcases was very nice and heldfull in everything, very good breakfast options.

Great place to stay friendly staff and location is perfect! Close to the Old Town Square. Roof top Bar/restauraunt was great also beautiful views in all directions!

Lovely and nice staff service except the staff at the roof top bar😅. Like the breakfast so much. Love the room at 7th floor, will book this hotel again for the next Prague trip.

Location

Stayed In 608 for 3 nights. Service was great, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Room was spacious and had everything you need. Lift was next to room and can be heard when in use. Hot tap is temperamental in the room. Hotel had no fragrance. Some malodour on ground floor throughout the day. Would probably try another hotel if I was going back to Prague

Was a very good hotel with nice staff snd location. On lower floors the event below was a bit noisy but did stop at a reasonable time so was not a problem.

Just fantastic

The hotel is right on Wenceslas Square by the musek subway entrance. The rooms are very useable despite being standard sized. The bath has a whirlpool and the toilet a Japanese style bidet function Go for rooms on or above floor 3 to avoid club music sounds, enjoy the lovely breakfast and watch the sun go down from the rooftop skybar.

No parking on premises dont be fooled by the property advertising parking available the nearest available parking is 15 minutes walking and a 40 euro per day. Other than this i can only say the Hotel is excellent i would stay here again if i dont have a car.

Staff was great. Very convenient location. No air conditioning in the public areas, lobby, dining area.

The hotel is located in the area that taxi can not enter then you have to walk with suitcases for 5 minutes to get to hotel. The hotel was hard to find as it is actually a bar, full of drunk people inside it. Very noisy hotel. There is no separate reception area as they share space with bar. In terms of cleaning this is the most awful hotel I have ever been to. Everyday we left the room in the morning around 9 am and returned around 3-4 pm and room was not clean. Everyday we complained and heard same excuses that they are understaffed. Their policy is to only clean rooms for new check in and are not worry about guests who stay. The staffs were unfriendly, rude and had attitude. This hotel is over rated and over priced and I do not recommend it at all.

Fabulous boutique hotel right on Wenceslas Square. Beautiful rooms, exceptional staff at reception. Brilliant, would highly recommend.
