On the last night, we discovered an excessive water leak coming from the ceiling, which soaked the bed and made it completely unusable. This was a major inconvenience and caused considerable discomfort. As it occurred late at night and on our final night, we were unable to report the issue immediately and instead informed staff at checkout. While we understand that the hotel was not made aware of the issue during the night it happened, the extent of the damage and the impact it had on our stay still warrants compensation. This is not the standard of accommodation we expected, and it significantly affected our experience.

The staff was great. We stayed 5 days and had a wonderful time. Our small kids were with us. The room was one of the best we've stayed in over here in Europe. I love writing this review because they really were great. Breakfast was very good. The area has a lot of shopping a restaurants. And we Uber'd everywhere from here. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

We ordered a book following the pictures on your site. In the picture the room was large with a couch and some space. We received a room which had only a bed. There was a chair but because of the geometry of the room it was impossible to sit on it. The room had a window that overlooked the hotel restaurant. Kindly that had added a mirror in case we wanted to see a bit of a sky. All our requests to move to another room were denied (we stayed for four nights). Each night they promised that tomorrow we will move. On top of that service was terrible. We were a couple but on the first night the hotel refused to give us a second key because they "run out of keys". We got tickets to a welcome drink - but the bar attendants almost kicked us from the rooftop bar when they saw that we wanted to used them. Later they refused a minor request to give us regular white wine instead of proseco.

Convenient location and eating out options are all spread around. Music is loud at the bar which continues to midnight and sometimes beyond. Air condition didn’t work for my entire stay

Hotel was great. Defo recommend. Only downside is the area - it was ok for us, but not sure I would want to stay there if younger group of girls and arriving back late. Lots of homeless and groups of people hanging about outside. But for us, as a family, it was great. Short walk to old town, staff lovely and room spacious and modern.

Amazing stay at the most prime location in prague. An exceptional breakfest and very friendly staff. Big rooms. Will certainly be returning.

We had a last minute trip to Prague and found this hotel to be in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. It was a great price for a 5* hotel.

Recommended by friends, Pytloun was excellent and very accessible to the OLD TOwn.

Fantastic location. Cant beat it. Its in the heartbeat if everything. Its a no brainer for me soecially after visiting. I would definetly be returning when visiting thr city again

Great location, a bit noisy for being downtown, wonderful breakfast buffet, staff is helpful.

Perfect location!

From the moment we stepped into our room, you could say the owner/management takes pride in their hotel and service. This was proven by the mouthwatering breakfast next morning. Great location, but parking might be a problem. I ended up parking at the museum parking which was 8-10 minute walking distance.

The staff was very attentive to any request, the guy that took our siutcases was very nice and heldfull in everything, very good breakfast options.

Great place to stay friendly staff and location is perfect! Close to the Old Town Square. Roof top Bar/restauraunt was great also beautiful views in all directions!

Lovely and nice staff service except the staff at the roof top bar😅. Like the breakfast so much. Love the room at 7th floor, will book this hotel again for the next Prague trip.

Stayed In 608 for 3 nights. Service was great, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Room was spacious and had everything you need. Lift was next to room and can be heard when in use. Hot tap is temperamental in the room. Hotel had no fragrance. Some malodour on ground floor throughout the day. Would probably try another hotel if I was going back to Prague
